Read a lot of great reviews about here and I was so excited. There was a long hair in my food that kinda killed my appetite. I know it def was not my hair, as my hair is naturally kinky/curly. The food I tasted prior to noticing the hair was ok, but not the best pho I've had! Service was decent and ambiance was nice, busy restaurant with good amount of of free parking.

This place is the best for pho in my opinion the ingredients are freshly made. They only use fresh ingredients none of those syrups in your drinks fresh fruits and fresh ingredients. You have the option for the freshly handmade noodles or the other noodles. The desserts are amazing as well the crepe cake and ube cake are delicious. Everything I have tried here has always been good. The service is always great the staff is friendly and attentive. Give me great service and good food and you will have me forever. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of the establishment is clean cut and very nice they also have the option for outside seating which I love.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once you try this place I am sure you will want to come back.

I was recommended by a friend to try this pho place out and I'm glad I did! They were completely swamped on a Sunday evening. The line was out the door! We had a 20 min wait time, but we sat down earlier than that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Inside has a lot of seating and there's outdoor seating as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was music playing, looked clean, and everyone seemed to be having a good time laughing and ordering food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We sat and ordered the spring roll. I prefer my spring roll with chicken only, but here it comes with pork and shrimp. This was different to me, but I gave it a try. My fiancé really liked it, but I'll stick to the chicken lol. We then ordered the chicken pho and it was perfect for a chilly night in South Florida. I do think I it could have had more chicken in it, but it's one of the better pho's I've had. My visit would not have been compete if I didn't order boba! I had the taro milk tea. It tasted yummy but it was missing the boba... when I asked our waiter about this he said they didn't have the tapioca pearls (boba). I wish I would have known this beforehand. Our server Logan was great! He was friendly, attentive, and had a good attitude the whole time. He made sure to check on us, no matter how busy he got with the other customers. This place was so busy when we went, but we got our food on time, the food wasn't cold, and it tasted good. We will definitely be coming back again!

I've been here at least four times since 2024 and every visit has been a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is always clean, well lit, and has a welcoming atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and even my family approves! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also love their seating arrangement it feels comfortable and spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hands down, this is my favorite place for pho. Their desserts are amazing too, and they have refreshing drinks that pair perfectly with the meal. Highly recommend!

    Just love

I happened to be in the Pines area with my boss, and she invited me to try some Vietnamese food. I had noticed a few pho spots around Broward but had never actually tried it before. Let me just say, everything tasted absolutely delicious. We started with shrimp spring rolls, and I ordered the shrimp pho. Both were amazing. The restaurant had a wide variety of options on both the drink and food menus, which makes it a great place for anyone new to Vietnamese cuisine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was a perfect mix of classy and casual. I loved the décor, and my boss mentioned it didn't always look that way, so they must have redecorated recently. Whoever designed the space did an incredible job.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was excellent, and the food was so comforting. I actually wish I had discovered pho a few weeks ago when I was sick because the broth tasted so fresh and nourishing. The noodles were perfect, and the portions were generous. I even saved some for the next day, and after coming home tired, taking a shower, and warming up that bowl of soup, it felt like pure peace after a long day.

Rarely do restaurants stay consistent after opening subsequent locations but I can honestly say Pho Bar keeps their signature flavors on point. Before visiting this location for the first time, we've only patronized their Davie location. We were in the area after Black Friday shopping and the hunger snuck in. Wanted a quick and wholesome meal and Pho bar came to the rescue. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is situated in a shopping center and although the interior is smaller than the original Davie location, service was quick and efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The parking lot was full when we arrived @ 6:15pm so we fully expected a long wait but we were pleased ally surprised to be seated immediately. We were completely familiar with the menu having been a regular customer in Davie, so we quickly placed our orders. Our food came out shortly after and it did not disappoint. The Pho broth is absolutely phenomenal and very consistent with the Davie Pho Bar. I ordered the regular Pho Tai. The meat was super thin and very soft, just like I like it. Did I say the broth was Pho-nomenal? The rich beefy flavor punctuated by the star anise, onion and all the simmering bones is. Origin short of fantastic. It really hit the spot when the hunger pangs strike. Just smelling the scent of the broth before even tasting it, makes your mouth water. I'm sure they must keep the recipe for the broth a closely guarded secret under lock and key because I have yet to find another Vietnamese Pho in Florida that rivals this flavor. The staff are super nice even having to work on Black Friday. I will always recommend Pho Bar to anyway looking for excellent authentic Vietnamese food.

I was in the area and wanted some Pho and found this restaurant had a lot of videos on TikTok so I gave it a try. The service was great! The staff were all very kind and attentive, even though the restaurant was pretty busy when I stopped in on a Friday night. While this may not be my favorite restaurant for Vietnamese food in the area, it was decent and I would recommend it and go back. I didn't LOVE my drink because I found that the ingredients separated if you didn't drink it fast enough but it did taste good. I probably wouldn't order the Lychee-Coco Mojito again for that reason. The Honey Garlic wings were SO GOOD! They were served fresh and perfectly crispy. I would go back to Pho Bar just to order those wings because they were that good. The restaurant is cute for a casual date, to go with your family (to my surprise there were quite a few families with young children), or to just go on a solo date. They play pop music but it's not too loud or annoying. Overall, I had a good experience, my craving was satisfied and I enjoyed trying this new-to-me restaurant!

Food and service was excellent! We had an excellent server who recommended wrapping the egg roll inside of the lettuce sleeve. She was correct it was amazing!

7th day flu and I still can't shake it. It's been a pho kind of trying week and this time our daughter told Max to pick up a bowl. What's unique about this place is that they make their own noodles. I'd pay money to see them make them because they are perfect. The only things I didn't add were the Jalapenos, hoisin sauce, and hot sauce. Everything else went into the pool. It's enough for two servings.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is incredibly spacious with plenty of parking[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], though I didn't find the food quite as good as their other branch. The calamari was decent, and while the Pho was average, it didn't live up to the memory of my previous visits. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite the food being a bit of a letdown, I had a great overall experience thanks to the excellent service and comfortable seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Aileen Q.

I am extremely sad I did not take a picture of my Pho but it was delicious! The portion was also huge and I feel my fiance and I could have shared. Sadly they were out of egg rolls but it was probably the coldest day in South Florida and I'm sure they were very busy that night. The service was great! We had Fox as our waiter and he gave great insight on the menu and recommendations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is plenty of seating and no wait.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also have a huge full bar.

It feels much larger, and the moment you walk in, that beautifully designed bar just grabs your attention. It's spacious, well lit, and really sets the tone. We had reservations, which I'd recommend. Even with the rain and my group arriving in pieces, they seated us promptly, which I appreciated. For dinner, I had the New York strip cooked medium with truffle mac and cheese. Steak was on point, mac and cheese was rich and satisfying, and the Amaretto sour I ordered was balanced and smooth. Portions were generous. I had leftovers. One item I have to call out is the smoke salmon dip. I tried it before and honestly, it's the best salmon dip I've ever had. Super flavorful and smooth, perfect if you want something lighter to share. Kaluz has been consistently great every time I've gone. The Pembroke Pines location is a standout. Great for dates, groups, or just cocktails with friends. Five stars.

I ordered the barbecue ribs, and they were absolutely divine--fall-off-the-bone tender and perfectly seasoned. My friend ordered the snapper, and it was cooked to perfection--flaky, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Beyond the food and the decor, what really elevates Kaluz is the hospitality. Good food and good service can heal emotional damage, lower blood pressure, and probably save marriages. So after seeing Negroni sitting there in Weston Town Center looking all fancy and mysterious for what feels like 37 years, my wife and I finally decided to go. No kids. No responsibilities. Just two tired adults escaping life for a couple hours. We walk in and immediately the place looked beautiful. Nice aesthetics, trendy vibe, dim lights, everybody dressed like they either own crypto or sell real estate in Brickell. I said okay this place got potential. Then the hostess sat me at the smallest table known to mankind. Ladies and gentlemen... I am 6'2. This table was built for borrowers from The Borrowers movie. My knees were touching the wall, the chair, the table, and possibly another dimension. I felt like I was serving detention for crimes I didn't commit. At one point I think my rib cage made eye contact with the candle. But I stayed positive because sometimes suffering leads to greatness. Jesus carried the cross. I carried cramped legs. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye medium well. The steak came out with three sauces like they were presenting evidence in court. This one is chimichurri. This one is peppercorn. This one is liquid mortgage payment. The steak itself was good. Tender, soft cut, flavorful enough... but not $110 dinner and hidden fees flavorful. For that price I expected the cow to personally walk out, thank me for my service, and salute my family. My wife ordered the pork belly bao and honestly that thing slapped harder than my grandmother's flip flop in 1997. Very good. Then my genius self decided to order sushi at a steakhouse. Because apparently I enjoy making questionable life decisions. The sushi roll had a little spice to it, and it was decent, but halfway through eating it I realized this is exactly how people end up in documentaries. Now let's discuss the music. WHY WAS THE MUSIC SO LOUD?! I wasn't eating dinner I was fighting for survival at Ultra Music Festival. I tried talking to my wife: BABE HOW'S YOUR FOOD?! She screamed back: WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME?! The couple next to us probably thought we were renewing divorce papers. Every time the bass dropped my soda moved across the table by itself like a paranormal activity scene. And the waitress bless her heart she moved around the restaurant like she was late for a flight at Fort Lauderdale airport. Need anything? What are you drinking? Here's your food. Ma'a slow down. Build a relationship. Tell me Something. I felt like I was ordering dinner from one of my cousins during a family reunion: Aight here damn. Then came the bill. $110. For a steak. A sushi roll. Bao buns. Two sodas. And a random service fee that appeared out of nowhere like an unexpected tax from the Roman Empire. I asked myself: What exactly are we servicing here besides my financial decline? Overall, the place is beautiful, the food is decent, and if you enjoy dining inside what sounds like a Fast & Furious nightclub while folded into a child-sized table this is your place. Would I come back? Probably not. But will I remember it? Absolutely. Mostly because my knees are still recovering.
