The boy and I went to a Vietnamese noodle bar on our recent trip to So Flo and it did NOT disappoint! First, it was recently renovated and the decor is SUPER cute! You know I love purple! Plus, the server was top notch! The pho was excellent! It was very cinnamon forward which was an interesting, but delish recipe! They take 28 hours to painstakingly make their broth fresh every single day! That hard work definitely pays off in the taste! The summer rolls were fresh, sized perfectly, and the perfect ratio of protein, veg, and noodles. And I always love a good peanut sauce! The steak noodle dish was AMAZING! Garlicky noods with filet... Nothing wrong with that! The taro boba and the Vietnamese coffee were both on point, too! 10/10 and I cannot wait to come back and try more!

Remember coming here in the past when it was under a different name, but just never had the chance to come back. But was in the area looking for something to eat and remembered this place. I guess the new name came with the place looking a lot cleaner than what I remember. But as far as the food and the service all was pretty good. The chicken pho I had was decent it had a good amount of chicken. We also had the fish sauce wings which was different from what I typically had but still good nevertheless. The star of the meal was actually the watermelon smoothie. It wasn't too sweet but still had that watermelon flavor.

Nice big place and looks like the traditional Vietnamese restaurants I would go to. I like Asian places that don't have too much decorations and has not exquisite. Nonetheless let's dive into the food. The pho broth was sooooo freaking good. Freaking creamed all over it..... but like as we all know, the noodles have to match the taste, and that's where it lacked. Damn I thought I found a gem, was too good to be true. That's the only reason it's getting a 4 instead of a 5. They did give a lot of noodles though, it's just sad it was the cheaper noodles. Darn darn darn. Well at least the waitress was awesome and deserved my tip! Thank you Cheyanne!

This place is a true gem! We were visiting the area and among all the tourist traps and other bland places this place was such a refreshing restaurant . Clean interior and great service . But what really stood out was the authenticity of all the food and especially the seafood thats hiding at the back of the menu . We came near closing after a long day of work and the owner suggested to us his Singapore crab dish and boy was it a delight . Complex rich fragrant flavors that got my coworker and I so excited for our next visit back . The filet mignon and pho were delicious! But definitely definitely try the seafood , it's not your typical salty cajun flavors . It's authentic Vietnamese , rich complex flavors that will have you sweating and panting it's so good . Oh he also has a water tank with live fresh lobster as well, so that should tell you a lot already

I have great memories coming to the restaurant it used to be, I'm happy they transitioned as the previous restaurant had lost quality, Pho Ben is a breath of fresh with their beautiful decor, great food and service

This pho was just what I needed! Super flavorful broth, kind service, cute decor- great spot in Pines for some hot soup. Excited to try their other menu items as well. Thank you Pho Ben for a pleasant evening.

This place is really good, the atmosphere is great and the # 12, Pho Ga (Chicken), was delicious. We drank the Thai Milk tea and it was tasty. They have Oat Milk as an alternative milk which is great to have options. The tea is freshly brewed. The waiters are attentive and friendly. The place looks clean and warm. I highly recommend this place!

Pho was amazing. This was probably one of the best pho places I've ever been. Great atmosphere and great people. I go here every week.

If you haven't tried their lunch special yet, please stop hesitating and stop by. It was worth our twenty minutes drive, hopefully it will be worth yours! Let me know how you enjoyed it. The service is good: the young man asked us if we'd like some black vinegar and hot water (he said yes to me, bringing in my tea, when the restaurant had only one other couple): Thanks. I'm wondering if the creator(s) are from northeast China: the fillings, especially the dumplings, are very solid, and the wontons are chubby. An Asian woman is making the dumplings behind the glass window. The small logo on their black plastic tableware is thoughtful and appreciated.

We used to have a really great pho place near us, but they have been closed for a few years now and we have been missing having some great pho, and I am so glad we came here! YUM! Something to keep in mind, they have very little parking in front of the restaurant, so you'll have to park in the garage behind it. It will look like it's reserved parking only, but it reads on the sign that floors 1 & 2 are for business parking. The restaurant itself was SO cute! They had a few cute neon signs throughout, nice decor - totally Instagram worthy! We set at the bar and was greeted by Lisa right away! She asked if it was our first time (which it was) and she helped us navigate the menu and gave some suggestions! It was happy hour while we were there (I love a good daily happy hour!) so we got some beers and some appetizers from the happy hour menu. We got the calamari and spring rolls! Spring rolls are a MUST with pho - and they were really good! The calamari was good as well - loved the sauce that it came with! For our pho, I ordered the American Wagyu Pho with Traditional Noodles. My husband order the same, but with the spicy broth and the flat noodles. I really enjoyed this pho!!! It felt like forever since the last time I had such good pho. We stayed for a few more beers on happy hour cause the vibes and music was really great! Lisa found me the name of the Spotify playlist too, which was awesome. She made our first time there a great experience so if we are ever back in the area (or in the mood for pho!) we will definitely be back!

I asked the server how long they have been open and he said 8 months but I see Yelp pics and reviews dating back at least 3 years. Someone must have told him the wrong information but no matter, we are just glad we finally found it. We went with the classic Shoyu Ramen with nishu beef and black garlic. I was over the moon when they touted a 12 hour chicken broth soup base. Every ramen shop I have tried to get ramen from has a pork based broth which I do not eat. I'm finally able to have ramen and boy it did not disappoint. The noodles were perfectly al dente and had a satisfying chew with every bite. The broth was so flavorful with the bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and all the slow cooked fats and oil from the chicken broth and the nishu beef, which was tender, thinly sliced rib-eye meat, I suspect. All this topped off with a perfectly cooked soy marinated egg. What an amazing flavor combination. The takoyaki appetizer was also delicious. Biting into the crispy exterior, you are then met with a soft and tender interior filled with chunks of octopus. The balls sat atop Japanese mayo and was drizzled with delicious takoyaki sauce. All it was missing was the katsuobushi which would have elevated the takoyaki flavor. We also ordered the Mala Shrimp which was on the Chinese menu and did not come with rice. That had to be ordered separately. Food came out quick as we were the only patrons apart from another table outside and service was good until a large party sauntered in and the server became inundated with requests. All in all, we will definitely be back to try out other menu items.
