After finally reaching Jim he looked at the damage and said he will call his repair man to fix the rims. That was over 30 days ago. The owner has already been made aware and doesn't respond either. So now since they are just going to blow us off even though we have emails stating that the damage will be fixed no one will reach out to us. We brought Herbie in, they took a look and advised that the key fobs are the issue and they most likely needed to be replaced. The manager was extremely professional and took care of us without charging us for their time. We were not expecting to not be charged because to me, time is money, and we were very appreciative for their help at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Then showed a photo of a dipstick showing 1 qt low on oil. Recommended change oil, however last oil change was 1200 miles ago. Got home; checked oil, oil is fine. Next 'replace brake fluid'; checked fluid in reservoir after 'service'; dirty fluid. I did well with tires plus in Florida; but these guys in Queensbury are into nickel and dimeing; if not bait and switching their customers. Prior, the same store; I asked for a transmission filter change. Quoted a price, and had the audacity to charge extra for new transmission fluid... I spent a lotta money with Firestone in the past and they were very honest people. These guys in Queensbury are to be avoided in my experienced opinion.
