After entering the store, I wasn't acknowledged or greeted for more than 15 minutes. When an employee finally became available, I politely asked if I could just drop off the modem. Instead of offering assistance, I was told it would take time to look up my account. Before I could continue, the employee avoided eye contact, dismissed my request, and proceeded to help another customer without any explanation. Ironically, the representatives I spoke with over the phone at T-Mobile demonstrated far better customer service than the staff at this retail location. Basic courtesy, communication, and acknowledgment go a long way, and unfortunately, none of those were present during my visit. I left feeling ignored and disrespected. Based on this experience, I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others.

He was courteous and personable, and worked with our iPhone with such patience and knowledge that we were blown away by his fantastic customer service! I would suggest going somewhere more legit. Place seems underhanded and not reliable just from its public display.

However when I walked into this store and spoke with Jamie, one of the new managers, he sat down with me and walked through every possible solution and what we could do to try and fix it. He was extremely thorough and took all the time that was needed to help me. He did the same for other customers who came in before me as well.
