ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT - DO NOT RECOMMEND We operate an apartment community and manage 96 modems through Comcast/Xfinity. We pay over $3,000 per month ($36,000+ per year) for this service, and yet the level of support we receive is absolutely unacceptable. We recently had an issue with 7 modems that required immediate technical support. We reached out to our account manager and Xfinity support bulk account specialist Arvind, expecting professional assistance given our substantial monthly investment. Instead, what we experienced was nothing short of negligent: 1. Arvind failed to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting 2. He abruptly CUT THE CALL in the middle of our conversation without explanation or resolution 3. We were left without proper support for critical infrastructure that our residents depend on daily Despite being a bulk account with significant monthly spending, we were treated dismissively. It appears to be nearly impossible to reach the right person at Comcast/Xfinity who can actually help. The support structure is broken - there's no accountability, no escalation path that works, and no urgency given to commercial customers like ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a company receiving $36,000+ annually from our business. We are now actively exploring alternative providers because Comcast's customer service is non-existent for bulk accounts. We have been using Xfinity since we moved to Florida and have been happy with service. Our landscaper accidentally cut our internet cable, but upon calling Xfinity they came out same day. Our service has been really good and although our HOA is moving to Hotwire, we have chosen to stay with Xfinity and pay out of pocket. Sorry their service did not work for some but we have not had any issues and my husband needs to have reliable internet to do his job and this works for us. read more

I have been without local channels for a month. Also having problems with interferance on other channels. I have been given two appointments for techs to come out. Guess what. They have never showed up - not even a phone call. This is LOUSY service. I go to the local store and they just say their techs a an independent company and they have no control. REALLY! Had an appointment to get my cable & internet installed. Got a text the driver had arrived. I went to the door 30 seconds later and there was no one in my driveway. Called and got rescheduled. Sat outside waiting on the rich for 4 hours. Got the run around when I called. Dispatch was supposed to call me and never did. Got told twice someone would be here in 10 minutes. Still waiting. I called to set up a new account in Naples, Florida and the time it took was unbelievable. Also, I told the representative that I wanted the account to be in both names so we could both call to access the account. Evidently when I called the second time, they still had not put the account in both names and even though I called originally to set up the account, they still asked to speak to my husband. We have had cable and internet service for years but never experienced anything like this. We are having someone set up our audio/visual and he said Comcast used to be worse but they have cleaned up their service a bit. Nothing in life should be this hard or sexist!!!! Comcast - in word - horrible!!! Our HOA signed a new 5 year deal with Comcast with the promise of them installing new services. Here we are 5 months after signing a new 5 year deal and the work is still not completed. You would think they would be proactive and let us know why there is a delay and when the install will take place. No we have had to ask every couple of weeks for 5 months for updates. Those updates have been worthless because they have been "it will be completed by the end of the month" or "it will be finished needs week" or "here is the techs phone number, you call him". 5 months of this non-sense. Hard to know where to begin. Problems go back to January when a cc pymt was posted to an account that I have never been responsible.... Just a same name. I was just trying to make a cc pymt on an account that had a billing address change and to avoid any delinquent charges during the address change. Florida will not get involved with Comcast NJ. Seems to be no way for me to get my 50.00 returned. My late husband's children have inherited millions, but no way for me to get my 50.00. Comcast advises that I get the 50.00 from my late husband's children which is not happening. My husband is recently deceased and I was required to drive to a Comcast Office in Feb. and produce a death certificate to place my internet in my name even though I have always paid that bill with my cc. At the office I wanted to switch my land line from Century Link and port my number over to Comcast. Also was required to place my cable in my name even though my condo assoc provides this service. One of the boxes was defective and required a tech visit... .....the first of many many many tech visits as I tried to establish a land line with Comcast. At one point I had two working numbers in my condo..one on the wireless and one on a hard wired. Land line finally resolved in June which was four months later, but just received a July Comcast bill for one of the many tech visits. Called and supposedly the charge will be credited. During all of those issues I was billed by both Comcast and Century Link. Comcast did issue a credit. It is now July and I am still being charged by Century Link Will say that every tech that came to my condo and every customer service person was as nice as could be and left me with the feeling that my problems would be resolved.
