They must have laid off most of their support because literally no one picks up the phone or responds. When things are working smoothly, everything is great. When they aren't, expect ZERO customer service. You call them, you get voicemail. You leave a VM, they don't call you back. You email them, do not expect a response. Do you have an important Zoom meeting or classes your kids are missing? They could care less. You can email, call, tweet, text and NONE of it matters. No explanation regarding multiple outages, intermittent service, low speed, no internet. They will fix it when they fix it and not care about calling you back, apologizing, or bothering with your concerns.

However, I experienced a outage that I could not troubleshoot, and I called customer service for help. However, the agent had a not-so-good attitude, which said I did not appreciate. For which he apologized by blaming it on me. For example, he said the box should have 3 cables. Mine had two. He insisted there were 3 over and over, implying that I had a significant lack of knowledge or experience in troubleshooting. Two of my relatives were with me and also confirmed the two cables, yet he kept insisting there are 3 and that we were mistaken in an exasperated tone. I have always had pleasant experiences with customer service agents, so this was quite shocking. He also did not explain things well. Only after repeated clarification questions could follow his directions. We ultimately were not able to fix the outage due to the cable situation. Hopefully, other agents are more helpful than this one, and only I have had this unpleasant experience. Otherwise, the internet service and installation process is great, I have had no other issues.

Moises, the installer, arrived on time and did the entire installation himself in about 4 hours. He first set up a temporary antenna to check the download and upload speeds. Our speed was even better than what they had quoted. Once the antenna was set up on our roof, a cable is then connected to an outlet in our house. Once we set up our routers, everything worked seamlessly. Moises didn't leave until we confirmed that all of our devices were connected.
