If you're confused on what to get here, read the name of the store! ComeBuyTea is a 15 minute walk away from Seattle University, right across QFC and right by the streetcar stop. It was super busy when I went. I barely got in the door. The line is kind of hard to find, so I would ask the people near you to make sure you're in line and not in the waiting area. The store looks big but with all the people and some booth it's a little tight. People were waiting, watching and leaning against the booths. I noticed the booths were small. I saw three people try and smoosh into one side. Although it's been at minimum two weeks since they opened, the store was packed. I'm curious to see how busy they are in a month or two. They do have a reward system, so maybe it'll always be busy. It took maybe 15 minutes for me to get my drink. It's cool to see how many orders they have and how quickly they're completing the orders. The workers there are fast and working really hard. I really enjoyed the tea because it was nice a fruity. I got the mango oolong tea, it's on their top 3! However, it comes preset with jelly instead of boba. That was the downside, but luckily the jelly was good. They also give you a carrier which is nice in the winter, so your hand doesn't get cold from the ice drink. I saw they have waffles that they make their, but didn't try it. I would definitely come buy tea here again and recommend giving it a sip. read more

Honestly I wish this tea spot opened sooner It's conveniently located near the light rail station and has SO much to offer in terms of flavors! The interior is very unique and you can tell the tea leans to be on the fresh side. I recommend the top 5 options in the location - I usually go for matcha milk teas here, not strong and well blended! I was so impressed! This new spot in Cap Hill across from the QFC was so good! It's new and pretty busy, but the line moves quickly. They brew their tea fresh with a machine that looks like an espresso maker. The tea flavor really shines through. There was a great selection of both fruit and milk teas. I went for osmanthus oolong since it's one of my faves and there are not many spots around here that have osmanthus. The flavor was perfect, the jellies and boba were great texture as well. i loved it here!!! seems like it's kind of new!! flock over!! roasted oolong milk tea with 50% sweetness = :) they use an espresso machine to extract the tea flavor from the leaves. it takes a bit of time but there's a nice interior for you to relax a bit before you get your drink. pretty spacious. there's a few comfy booths, and other seats at a long bar-like tabletop has outlets all along right underneath. they have tea samples, different every day, for you to try. the lychee oolong was really nice, not too sweet either (which is nice, because i feel like lychee flavor has the tendency to be super sweet) read more

GOOD but NOT PERFECT. Their menu is amazing! I really love the unique toppings like the crunchy and chewy konjac jelly and aloe vera. Sweetness is perfect and there are ice and sweetness adjustments. However, one time my order was completed but didn't get a text or have my order called so I had to walk up and confirm that my order was done... Location and indoor is AWFUL! The street is disgusting, tons of suspicious people outside, the whole area smells like hot garbage and weed. I do not feel safe going here alone. The inside is small with little seating for groups. There's plenty of tall seating facing the windows, but isn't good for people with disabilities, privacy, and groups. It's also very loud inside with the steamer in addition to loud music. I don't know what vibe their going for but after my third time going, I've decided to just take out my orders. Came to check out this place finally and am so happy with the results! It's such a beautiful cafe packed into a tiny little corner building, and has such high quality drinks too! I got a Passionfruit Green Tea and the flavors are such a good balance between the tea and the fruit. The employees were also so sweet and attentive to questions, and even immediately remade my friend's drink when realizing they accidentally made the whole drink. 10/10 reccomend if you are trying to decide on a boba place :) read more
