A cute take-out boba shop with no table and two benches for waiting only. A few retail parking spots available in the attached garage. I came on a Friday around 2PM, and there was ample parking and no wait. I realized my boba experience is primarily dependant on whether the boba is good, so I'll start there. Boba - $0.75 as a topping, 3 out of 5 stars. Inside of the boba is on the harder side, not as chewier as I prefer. Tea - Four season oolong with milk cap, 75% sweet, 4 out of 5 stars. Creamy with a strong tea flavor, just how I like it. My entire drink is a little over $8. I like that they offer new monthly drinks. This month is lychee matcha latte (sounds interesting) and lychee fruit tea with hosuemade syrup. If you want to know what the monthly flavor is, follow them on IG

The servers were friendly and very efficient. They are dog friendly which is nice but there's not really much of a sit down area, aside from benches to wait for your order. They have lots of nondairy options but it's best to ask questions if you're worried about any of the powders (ie HK milk tea). Both our drinks were tasty and exactly the sweetness we ordered though maybe a little more ice than expected. The boba was the perfect consistency too!

Refreshing! Got the passion orange drink at tea king and it was super refreshing. I like the tea that they use for their drink. They're located on Dexter which lowkey might be hard to find parking but you can definitely go to the quieter street and walk up the hill. The service here was very quick. The shop inside is decorated with lots of cute decor! Big menu with lots of options. Helpful that they have their bestsellers out. Good spot for refreshing boba in slu.

This is one of my friends favorite boba shops. Finally stopped by yesterday ordered online cause I was hopping off the bus. It's right on the route 62 line about a block from the bus stop. My Tropical Punch at 25% sweet with aloe was waiting for me on the counter. Didn't have too much interaction with the staff but they were very friendly. Cute bright shop was decorated for LNY. Snapped a quick pic and went quickly to the bus stop as I had an appointment and didn't want to miss the next bus. Definitely will be back if I have time before my appointment again cause it was so fast to hop on and off.

We checked this place out over the weekend. There is parking under the store but there is also street parking. It's a super small store with only benches so it's not a place where you can "hang out". Service was prompt We ordered Rose Milk tea with boba and Matcha Matcha In the Clouds with sago. I'm not a big boba fan but the boba was soft and chewy. I did enjoy the sago and the matcha was smooth and not gritty. The parking wasn't a problem but we parked in the retail garage spots. I will definitely stop in again if I am close by.

Strawberry tea? It's more like strawberry flavored water. Do not get this. I've come before for the mango sago drink and it was okay, but this time I wanted a fruit tea and decided on the strawberry. It was not good, and I could not finish after a few sips. As for location, there is limited street parking. The shop itself is small and can get crowded if many people are waiting inside. Not the most convenient or tasty, so I would say choose other options if you want a boba fix.

Got the mango coco sago on a hot Seattle summer day and it really hit the spot! This location is a bit further from where we live but we were really happy to discover it! Drinks are delicious, service is friendly and the inside is really clean and nice. Would come back again to try more of their items!

This is a small shop to the west of Lake Union, but it's my go-to boba place when I'm in the area. The service is always fast, the tea flavor is strong, and their matcha and hojicha always taste premium.

It's been a while since I had Boba. Finally, it was sunny in Seattle and I thought TODAY IS THE DAY! I'm so happy I gave this place a try! I got Hong Kong with 50% sweet which was just perfect for me I enjoyed the variety of customization options the store offered. I really liked the freshness of the boba. Definitely returning for Coffee + Hong Kong

Big yum! Order ahead online (they have a QR code on their door that recommends it) unless you don't mind the wait. They were decently busy on a Sunday afternoon. Really cute plant shop/boutique next door if you choose to wait! They text you when the order's ready, but I've noticed with these things they (boba shops with the text option) tend to send a text several minutes after it's actually ready if they're busy, so something to keep in mind if you're doing a frozen drink or something hot. Walking distance of lake union (note-big hill), great spot for a sunny day! Drinks were exactly as expected. No sipping lid for cream foam which is always strange to me bc can't enjoy the foam without making a mess, but flavors were great and not overly sweet! Peachy seasonal drink was fresh and delish.

This shop is so cute and small! There's parallel parking on the side with a tiniest bit of walking. We ordered a large matcha latte with sago ($7.25) and a regular assam black milk tea with oatmilk and boba ( $6.50). They use ceremonial grade matcha and it was so yummy and wasn't grainy at all! I was so happy they offered sago because matcha and sago are my two favorite things and now I can combine them! I can't wait to come back and try their mango coco sago! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tried this place with my cousins while visiting Seattle. It is a very small shop. Once you head in, the ordering counter is there with a few spots to sit and wait. This is definitely a take it to go kind of shop. They have no restrooms available for the public. I got the mango coco sago. I usually don't enjoy the slushie style drinks, but this one was great. The ice was crushed properly and it was a smooth drink. I got full sugar, but could have gotten 75%. The mango really came through and it tasted good with the sago and lychee jelly mixed in. We had four drink orders and it did take them a while to have the drinks ready.

On a lovely 85 degree Saturday, I was craving something cold and sweet so I stopped by tea king for the first time. As I walked in, I saw their special "cloud series" so I decided to try the brown sugar drink and I'm glad I did! I got it at 100% sweetness which was great for me. The milk was very well flavored, and the consistency and taste of the boba was perfect! The shop was also not busy, with only one other person there at the same time, so I got my drink quite quickly, within 5 min. There appears to be no seating (other than benches) so a great place to grab and go. Will stop by again!

Do you have bursting boba as a topping in addition to the tapioca pearls?

We only have tapioca pearls as the only boba option. We do have other toppings such as Lychee Jelly, Aloe, Sago, Grass Jelly, and Egg Pudding!

You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks but my all time favorites are the tieguanyin oolong milk tea with toppings and the strawberry milk tea, which I believe they have now rebranded to strawberry smoothie. Sugar is adjustable which is great because I love my drinks less sweet. I got the strawberry smoothie and bff milk tea this time, which I believe is black milk tea with egg pudding and grass jelly, and I added egg pudding. So delicious and creamy, and the smoothie does not give off an artificial fruit taste. One thing that was off-putting to me was the signage indicating their kiosk. The makeshift, handwritten message to turn around and use the kiosk seems passive aggressive and gives off the message that the workers do not want to talk to you. Other than that, we got our drinks pretty fast since it wasn't busy near closing, which was when I went.
