This was the only place around the Seattle Center area where my two friends and I could find milk tea on a Friday evening around 7pm, and I know I definitely needed that after having some spicy chicken earlier. It's not too far from places like Woo Bar, and there's not an inside to speak of here; you have a wiggly table near the front that isn't ideal for hanging out around, and two kiosks - one near the aforementioned wiggly table and another near the front counter where the lone staff member was making drinks. There are also three small claw machines to the left-hand side of the entrance. People kept coming in and out constantly throughout our visit, but drinks were made relatively fast. There is no seating inside, so it's mostly grab-and-go here, and there doesn't seem to be a restroom inside at a first glance. From a recommendation by fellow Yelp Elite Albert T., I got their Japanese buckwheat milk tea with grass jelly using organic oat milk, and at full sweetness and less ice. You can taste the nutty notes of the buckwheat, and grass jelly was a nice complement to the drink though pieces could have been bigger since the consistency of the jelly was more like lychee jelly. Drink did turn out to be a tad too sweet but I didn't mind; extra ice probably could have been the way to go to balance that. Otherwise, drink was milky with floral tones from the tea, and hit very well on this unusually warm day. I'd come back here if I have another event close to Seattle Center or even lower Queen Anne itself; they are a really great choice for boba! read more

Rabbit rabbit has easily become one of our top boba spots in Seattle! We've driven past this and never realized it. I found out about how great this place was via reddit. Unfortunately, it's in a place with difficult parking. I went on a Sunday around 4:30 and had to park a couple of streets down. Once we got there we saw the door had been smashed and covered with wood. You order via a kiosk. We got the signature fruit tea and iron Buddha. Both were customized and came out delicious. The only thing we wished was improved was that the honey boba didn't taste as strong. They had some interesting creations for Valentine's Day that we will definitely be trying. I did not expect to find good boba around Seattle Center/Lower Queen Anne given that this is basically the only store in the area offering milk tea. I decided to give it a try anyways, and wow was I glad I did. Ordering is pretty easy since there are two kiosks in the front, although it does look like the employees can help at the register for people who need assistance. Drinks are made quickly even though there was a steady stream of people entering. Do note that this is a grab-and-go place, as there is no seating available. Golden Jinxuan Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, 30% Ice w/ Honey Boba ($6.05) - Very fragrant tea, milky, a bit of sweetness by itself, almost feeling flowery with a slight astringency. The honey boba has a very good chew, fantastic bounce and is delicious to eat by itself, having a fragrant honey taste that doesn't wash away even after vigorously shaking the cup. 30% ice here completely cools the drink and leaves a small amount of ice chips left to help the drink stay cool. The boba to tea ratio is excellent. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 Iron Buddha Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, 30% Ice w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($6.45) - A kind of toasty flavor, much heavier than the jinxuan, which mixes very well with the complex brown sugar sweetness. I did find it to be too sweet at 50% sugar. I also got 30% ice with this drink, but it wasn't enough to cool the drink down entirely before melting. Unfortunately this meant that the brown sugar boba remained in a well above ice water temperature, leaving the pearls a bit too soft and sticky. Parts of the boba easily came off just by pressing in between the tongue and hard palate. In addition, the brown sugar soak seems to be a lot sweeter than the honey soak, so in the future, I'd probably get this drink with 30% (or maybe even 0%) sweet and 50% or more ice. That might help to firm up the boba a little more. A bit dark when I walked in. Looked at the menu on the wall, and ordered 2 drinks on the kioks, both my friend and I wanted to try the Barley Milk Tea, which is not common at boba shops. She ordered hers with 0% sugar saying the honey boba will give the drink some sweetness. Let's just say it wasn't sweet enough so I did not enjoy her drink. I got the an iced strawberry Kyoto matcha latte with oat milk and lychee jellies. It was tasty and refreshing with complex complimentary flavors. I got mine with no ice (since I was going to drink it at home) and only 25% sweetness, which was perfect for me. Next time I definitely want to try the buckwheat tea, which sounded delicious. I went to Rabbit Rabbit Tea recently after watching a performance at the Seattle Rep. I'm usually not in the area so I was excited to get some boba. Since I was tired of ending up with a giant drink, I asked the staff what they offer in the smaller size - the brown sugar bubble tea was the only option so I went with it (not that I was dissatisfied with the lack of variety - I like brown sugar boba). The drink was sealed and I had to run to catch a bus home so I threw it in my backpack and drank it at home. There were no leak and the boba was still good when I started drinking after an hour or so. So it's also a good place to get boba delivered from.
