Supposedly s-tier smoothie/tea spot. We came here after eating ramen at Santokua next door (which is very good). I waited about 15 minutes for my drink, apparently because the staff ran out of mangoes and had to hand-cut a new batch (good sign that the ingredients are fresh!). The drink to me was just ok, I think it was about $8 with tax and tip. I'd come back with friends again, although I'm not a bubble tea expert in any sense so take my review with a grain of salt. The store itself is aesthetically pleasing with plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your drink.

I ordered through the app and my drink was ready right on time! I got a matcha jasmine salted cheese and it was delicious! Not too sweet and it had a great matcha and salty cheese flavor mix. The decor is very cute inside, and they have a small sitting area with tables.

Note for myself: I did not like the peach oolong milk tea or the camellia zest, do not order again. Love their classic tho.

MOLLY TEA @ BELLEVUE Parking here can be a bit difficult. There is a parking lot, but it gets extremely packed since there are so many restaurants and businesses nearby. My friends and I luckily found street parking a little further up, so just be prepared to drive around for a bit if you don't find a spot right away. I've driven by this place so many times and always noticed how long the lines were, so I was surprised when I came on a Wednesday around 8 PM and there was no line. We ordered through the self-service kiosks they had two, but one was out of order, which slowed things down a lot. By the time we finished ordering, a long line had already formed behind us. Service-wise, I have to agree with a lot of the reviews I read beforehand it wasn't great. The staff didn't feel very welcoming, and it almost seemed like they didn't want to interact with customers. I had a few questions about the drinks, but it was hard to get anyone's attention. It also wasn't very clear if they were only doing self-order or not, which made the experience a bit confusing. I ended up getting a jasmine milk tea with boba, and toppings are about $1 each. My friends ordered a mango smoothie as well. The wait time was pretty long around 25 minutes--which felt excessive since there wasn't that many people to start with as we walked in, especially since I kept checking back and forth between the counter and our table. That said, the shop itself has plenty of seating and even a restroom for customers, which is a plus. Once we finally got our drinks, though, they were really good. The milk tea tasted higher quality than most, it wasn't overly sweet like typical boba shops. The boba was soft, flavorful, and the brown sugar added a really nice touch.

Quality of the tea is still phenomenal. Unfortunately service is even worse, though I acknowledge the masses here and at HEYTEA are especially crazy and the workers are under high pressure. On my most recent visit, a worker was cleaning up my drink as it spilled all over the sides. A male worker (manager?) pushed her towards the back, slammed my drinks up front, and walked away while the cup was still leaking. On the bright side, the wait time for Washington Molly Tea is nothing compared to other states. Tables and seats open fairly frequently as most people leave after getting their drinks. Could be any combination of more employees, less customers, or the hasty push for quantity of drinks. I think the latter does reduce quality and inevitably experiences like mine where parts of my drink are already gone before drinking and a messy time taking it to go.

My husband and I went here on a Saturday afternoon after having ramen next door. We did see that there's a lot of people waiting for their drinks and quite a few people still in line. We ordered through the kiosk and the process seemed easy enough. We got one of the Jasmine tea drinks and one of the matcha drinks. We didn't get our order until an hour later. I'm not sure if it's our taste preference but we didn't really find our drinks that good. If we're ever in the area and the line isn't long, we might give it another chance.

Went on a Monday night and guys literally no one there. So please do not be waiting in line for this tea. If I was waiting for a long time and still go the drink I got I would have been even more disappointed. We got three different teas, and I'll be honest I don't even know why I didn't like this places it just honestly makes me sick thinking about it. But literally I would go to any other boba place before I would come here. Omg and lol the ordering process. So confusing and the workers not the most helpful. You order really weird through the screen or your phone. I guess it probably helps them speed up the process but I didn't even know what was good to order so I just got there most popular.

This was my second time trying Molly Tea due to the hype, and I think it's good, but maybe not as amazing as everyone says it is. Molly Tea specializes in jasmine tea, and I truly think their jasmine tea is very good. It's florally, it's smooth, it pairs nicely with milk. If you like jasmine tea, you'll definitely like Molly Tea. Otherwise, if you're just a casual enjoyer of jasmine like me, Molly Tea is still good, just not mind blowing. Molly Tea is also known for being very aesthetic and aesthetic it is. The store fits this image, but it also gets very crowded. It can be very busy and we waited over 30 minutes for one drink, but the staff do their best to keep up. Part of why it takes so long is because they need to put the whipped cream on in front of you as you pick up your drink. I do think Molly Tea is worth trying at least once, and who knows, maybe Molly Tea will be your new go to place for jasmine tea.

OMG. Can you get a more amazing jasmine milk tea? Nope. Stick with classic before ordering anything else here. They have a self serve ordering kiosk. The staff could be a little more friendlier but service was okay. Very cute decor and wasn't super crowded on a weekday early afternoon. Tea flavors are apparent and really enjoyed both the jasmine and matcha teas we ordered. Looking forward to coming back.

cute shop and I liked that they had order kiosks so it was easy and fast. The drinks were good, but I still don't fully understand the hype The cream cheese foam was honestly the best part. Tea itself was decent, not bad.

Stopped by Molly Tea in Bellevue after a friend hyped it up, and honestly, it lived up to the talk. We both ordered the signature Jasmine Milk (茉莉奶白) and the balance was spot on -- perfect sweetness, nothing cloying, and the tea flavor dominates instead of just sugary milk. You really get that floral jasmine first, then the creamy milk sneaks in, super smooth. Ice level and sweetness felt just right for a chill afternoon hang. Great spot if you're into lighter, more "tea-forward" milk tea rather than dessert-in-a-cup :)

Enjoyed my first experience here and can't wait to return! The store is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and kind! Parking can be tough since the area gets busy but I usually get lucky with the free 2 hour parking or circle the block once until something opens up. It seems ordering mainly takes place on the two large tablet ordering screens in the lobby. For my first visit I decided to order one of the recommended must try drinks. I went with the White Champaca Matcha add crystal boba. The boba wasn't bad but it wasn't my favorite. The drink itself was very light and perfect for someone who doesn't like too sweet. The matcha foam on top was perfectly smooth and flavor was tasty. The drink itself was yummy. I enjoyed it mainly because it was not too sweet and very light. I can't wait to try something else next time! Definitely recommend trying this place even if just once as it was a fun and beautiful experience.

Loveddd the peach oolong tea with boba so much! The oolong tea flavor was so authentic & rich (deep almost?) and the pearls were perfectly soft and chewy. Came at 11:30 AM on a sunny Sunday and only waited 5-10 min!

Food & drink: (5/5) I got the ube s'more float and my partner got the Thai tea with cream. The float consists of Thai tea on the bottom, ube and tea soft serve on top, and ube marshmallow around the rim. It was my first time ever having OMO and my first time having ube and Thai tea together so I was very intrigued. Needless to say, they made a very good combo. I would describe the flavor as kind of earthy from the tea and custard-like from the ube. The marshmallow was pleasant for the first couple bites but by the end was a little too sweet. I got a sip of my partner's drink and it was also very good, though I can't say that I prefer it over a regular Thai tea without the additional cream. I'm hoping to come back to try the kaya toast and ube hot chocolate. Service: (5/5) We came in a rush at about 7:40pm because we were scared of a potential last call but they actually accepted orders until the very last minute. It's a very small store with only a front counter and one kiosk, and you wait in a line outside. It's definitely a different system compared to most places but they make great use out of their space. There was one worker very efficiently guiding the line and several others behind the counter, making drinks pretty fast.

Unfortunately I found this place just to be OK for me... Perhaps OMO was bit a hyped up for me or maybe I didn't get the right thing... hard to say. The venue is a tiny hole in the wall in the corner of a residential apartment complex. Street parking is your only option. Order form the kiosk and the little kitchen window will call out you number. They are fast and efficient. There is some eccentric limited seating outside in the front of store. More decorative than practical. #Overhyped Treat: OMO Dessert (IN STORE ONLY): ~ Ube S'mores Thai Tea Float - 3/5 While this looked brilliant, I fear it was just OK for me; definitely the case of looks better than it tastes. The presentation was absolutely brilliant! However I thought the taste fell short of the visual delight. The Ube S'mores was more like a light Ube foam instead of Marshmallow Ube S'mores. I didn't think the the Thai Tea or Ube flavor was impactful, I felt both flavors were muted and fairly light. I'll try this place again and order a few items just to be sure... but I won't have high expectations. I do wish to them well and hope they continue to thrive...

But coming back now and getting the guava grape and a pistachio cloud jasmine tea I was much more impressed. Both very good though not in my top tier echelon of tea shop quality. The shop is EXTREMELY small in a width kind of way with zero seating or even countertops to lean against really. The door is also where the line starts so it can awkward if even 1 person is inside waiting in line as it can block the entrance. Also the wait here also always seems quite long as I think they get a LOT of mobile orders so even if you see the shop empty take a look at the # of orders they're working on on the TV if you want to see how crowded they are. They are very professional though and will tell you how long the wait is if it's long, I usually wait 15-20 min each time I order here. I think they blew up in China as a luxury brand, people who even hire others to wait in the long lines in China for them to get the tea! I think they are about using high quality tea in freshly made drinks as kind of their tagline. Definitely worth a try especially for the seasonal fruit drinks I'd say.

Coconut Mango Boom - I'm not sure what's wrong with this version but something is off balance from the usual. I think the ratio of mango smoothie was not enough so it was starting to taste like a bowl of sago in coconut milk. This drink is only delightful when that perfect balance is maintained. This is certainly the most unique Don't Yell At Me location, consisting of a little standalone building fully enclosed with floor to ceiling windows. The bobarista station is situated right in the center, and there are full walkways with seating surrounding the center in a circular pathway all around. While they don't have dedicated parking, there's limited street parking in front and free 30 minute retail parking in the Bellevue Tower Garage down the street. Traditional Milk Tea, Less Ice, 50% Sweet, Lactose Free Milk w/ Golden Honey Pearls ($6.85) -This drink has a pleasantly strong tea flavor. It's very nicely sweet (not from the sweetener) and has a robust earthy and herbal flavor that kind of tastes like liquid grass jelly. Quite pleasant, and stronger than what I remember receiving from other DYAM locations. Too bad the boba is mediocre. The pearls, small transparent golden balls, are sweetened well in honey, but are far too firm to give a great chew or bounce. Definitely undercooked, albeit not rock hard. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 Given the undercook on the golden honey pearls and the typically softer brown sugar pearls, I might have to opt for the latter in any future visit. I love durian, so I finally gave in to give it a try today. I ordered the mango and durian smoothie and the black sesame basque cheesecake. They made the drink decently fast despite the rush BUT they never called my number out because they only saw 1/2 of my order was completed. So I waited thinking they must be packing my cheesecake (which should have been packed immediately after order was placed), but I realized nobody was packing it. Multiple employees would look at my drink to see that the other half of my order is still not out on the bar and then just leave my drink sitting there. This happened multiple times that I got so annoyed by their lack of a good system that I approached someone to ask about my order. The girl was confused and when I told her that I was missing the cheesecake, she said she'll go pack it immediately for me...only for her to pass that task down to someone else and they were packing mines along with someone else who just placed an order for some of the pastries, so it took even longer to get my order. The drink overall is a 3/10. It needs more durian as all I can mostly taste is just the mango. There was also jelly in there but couldn't quite figure out what the jelly tastes like and there was no description for what the toppings are in the drink. The black sesame basque cheesecake was really rich in the black sesame flavor which I love! But I would not wait 20mins for a slice of cheesecake again smh.
