In the past I've enjoyed Domino's thin crust. Pisanello's offers thin and thin crispy, so I ordered the crispy, which was less crispy than Domino's thin. Their cheese tastes okay, but there's not enough of it. Their pepperoni looked different than any I've ever seen--no color variation for flavorful fat; this is solid brown, perhaps healthier, but almost tasteless. The black olives were plentiful, which is the only reason they got 2 stars. Their driver was polite & pleasant; but for $28 w/tip for a 14" pizza, I really expected better.

A nice, PATIENT fella took my order and I needed specific information about the salad ingredients, 1 which was the type of tomato's they offer (I don't like cherry tomatoes). I took a seat at a booth that was just wiped which again was a plus, that says a lot because small restaurants seem neglect cleanness. I look at my receipt when my order arrived a very short time later and I noticed I wasn't charged the coupon price. I asked the lady which I later identified as Courtney the manager, I inquired about the price difference and she explained thin crispy was xtra. Ok, np I said but it would be nice for the fella to mention that up front especially since you have a chalkboard with the buffet price with water. As I'm walking out wanting to hurry back to my hotel to eat my pizza nice and hot, something came to mind "They will refund the pizza if I'm not satisfied ". So, I go back in to discuss. Took a little taste of each and couldn't bring myself to eat any more. Moved on to the burrito. The chicken wet burrito had a little salsa or red sauce on the top sprinkled with shredded lettuce and diced tomato. I didn't look like any other wet burrito I've had which is usually covered considerably with sauce and cheese. It came with sour cream in a little plastic cup with a date on it like it had been scooped and placed into the cup days/weeks before. Didn't try sour cream out of abundance of caution. I cut into the burrito and and at first it seemed ok, but after a piece or two of the chicken I found it was dry and chewy, possibly not even fresh chicken. I therefore decided to quit eating after consuming less than half of the burrito (about a third of it). The others in my party shared a French dip with fries. In fairness they thought it was fine. not great, just fine. The server brought a second plate and two Aus Jus cups and they charged us for the 'extra Aus Jus' I didn't complain about the meal, though in fairness when the server came to take my plate, she made no mention of the fact that I barely touched the food. We were one of only 3 parties in the restaurant at the time so service could have certainly been better. Our server was nice but she never came and offered drink refills, asked if we needed anything else, nothing. Skip Cheers in Mount Pleasant is my advice. None of us will ever go back. I would've only given one star but the server bumped it up a little, so I gave two.

Our server, Madisyn, was very attentive and excellent. Then later that same night we tried to go somewhere else but there was a 90 minute wait. We ended up calling Cheers and were told they would hold a table for 6 of us. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The food was outstanding and the service excellent. Our server, Payton, was absolutely excellent. She worked very hard with a smile on her face, serving all us and paying attention to what we needed throughout the evening. We were joined by two more people and she handled it well. When we return to Mt. Pleasant, we will be back!!
