Being a Saturday, they could not obtain a replacement for my faulty shower handle cartridge, but they did temorarily disable the cartridge until it could be replaced the following Monday. I had called another company out the previous day, but they left with the faulty cartridge still leaking. So I appreciated that Roto-Rooter made the extra effort to disable the cartridge. They finished the job the following Monday on time and efficiently. I will not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.

Customers should beware of Plumbing services who claim to have free estimates on site but would charge desperate customers exorbitantly, especially if the plumbing issue needs to be fixed urgently!

They gave us a VERY competitive price. Knocked an entire grand off for booking the same week. Minor issue after install and they called in someone who had technically just ended their shift. Above and beyond. We joined their protection plan for priority scheduling plus a free AC and furnace inspection annually. Holding off on the free plumbing inspection to do our own due diligence first. You only see Donnelly's trucks around my area for a reason. Outstanding quality.
