Gregg knew the area/the locale of the house, having worked on old systems and installing new HVAC systems on many similar houses in the development, Bayside Village. Though the original contractor did sub-par duct work, Glenn installed two new HVAC systems that were customized for the house and its apartment. Glenn's and his team were informative, in touch when it was necessary to order equipment and then to install it; provided a project outlook as to the number of days from beginning to end--all of which allowed us to continue with other aspects of the renovation having nothing to do with his team while his team and yet his team was able to efficiently work inside the house while other aspects of the renovation took place. Glenn helped me to decide on the possible systems that were available for our particular house, suggested a hybrid system that saved some bucks, and so his knowledge and familiarity impressed me, making it easy for me to go ahead with one of his suggested HVAC systems.
