Her office staff are sweet. But, her hygienists act like border patrol. Her judgement and practice are not representative of CO law. This office is all about the upsale. If she says you need a root canal, get another opinion. Find someone else if you wish to avoid further financial and physical harm.

The receptionist checked and came back with the news that I would have to reschedule because the dentist had already started on another procedure. This leads me to a couple of questions, was the appointment that was scheduled after me really early and that is why they were already in the chair when I got there? If you truly wait 15 minutes and I was certainly in the front door at 9:15, how is it possible that someone is already in my spot? Something doesn't add up here. Not to mention, though I was 15 minutes late, I had to use a day of PTO to have this procedure done and now I am out all together. Seems like this place is double booking, I will be taking my family elsewhere.
