Dr. Burk took very good care in his examination. There was no shame, no judging. He was professional and kind to include his dental assistant as well! The examination was very thorough. I was impressed at what I saw. He would take time to explain what was going on. He educated me on the numbers he was saying. He clearly wants to keep you in the loop so you are able to make informed decisions about your dental care. He doesn't tell you what you need to do, as if he were selling something. He gives suggestions with your concerns in mind. Dr. Burk doesn't just want to pull your teeth and give you implants. He encourages you that your original teeth are the best option (depending the circumstances). The office was very pleasant. it didn't have that medical smell like a doctor's office would. It was warm and pleasant with an outstanding and clean playlist playing in the background. Come to this Dental office for true first class service! I know I will and I'm bring my family here too!

He shows you everything he is seeing and explains what it means as well as answers questions. He does not push you into making decisions. The staff is amazing as well! They reopened in May, yet nobody from their office made ANY attempt to contact us to let us know that our August appointments were cancelled. The receptionist placed the blame on us, saying "most families have called to make sure they still have appointments and that is when we reschedule". Then it was said "there is a new scheduling program and it is hard to contact everybody" and then she said "many people don't check their email or messages so we ask them to call us". I feel as though they have so many patients they really don't care about customer service. This experience has made me realize that other than the neat dinosaur on the building there is nothing special about their services and their customer service is lacking.
