All Temp first came to our house in May of 2024 for trouble with an existing system installed by another contractor in 2015 and moved by yet a different contractor in 2020. A few technicians came to the house over a few months and with the unit under warranty they had to order a blower motor for the unit that took a bit to come in from the manufacturer. The last tech that came out was Glenn and he worked to get a few door panels that were damaged by the previous contractor in 2020 replaced under warranty. I appreciated the level of service back in 2024 and when the system recently had an issue with the compressor, I contacted All Temp for an emergency call and then decided to go with a new system. Glenn still works at the company, and I spoke briefly with him over the phone and Dylan came out to do a survey of the house and gave me three recommendations on replacement units. I would also recommend an Energize Delaware assessment because there are rebates to be taken advantage of for insulation, crawl space encapsulation, and an energy efficient system. The lower priced model didn't fall into the rebate and so of the remaining two we choose the American Standard Platinum 20 SEER2 variable speed model paired with Platinum variable speed air handler. They were able to get the installation on the schedule quickly (for summer) and Dylan takes the extra step of taking the rebate off the price and putting it in through Energize Delaware. Tony, Matthew, and Ken came out, were very professional and did the install in half a day; great teamwork. We also went with a thermostat that connects to our Wi-Fi that allows All Temp the ability to view remotely if we have any issue with the system. Shane was scheduled just over two weeks later and did a quality assurance inspection of the work. The truth is that Glenn sold me a system in 2024 with his level of service and follow-through. These guys are top notch. Always professional, always on time, always quality work. After we signed on with them for an annual service contract, they finally fixed a mini-split that was improperly installed by the builder and never functioned correctly. A few other contractors looked at it before we hired Alltemp, but it was never fixed properly and had to be recharged every few years. I explained the problem to the Alltemp Tech who spent the time to go into the attic with his equipment, located and sealed a few tiny refrigerant leaks, and the unit has been operating perfectly ever since. Alltemp also recently replaced a dehumidifier in our crawlspace and a capacitor on the main HVAC unit. Price was good, they were in and out, clean and professional. They even went beyond what was required by making sure the sump pump was operating properly in the crawlspace. I just had some other service done. Unfortunately the tech damaged some HVAC grates and sheetrock inside the house during the process. When I informed the company, they showed up the very next day to inspect the damage. Without me even asking they offered to order and install replacement grates and repair the damaged sheetrock. Alltemp is a professional and honest company in our experience. read more

Professional. Up front with costs. Skilled. Responsive. I had Alltemp Air come out for an emergency visit Sunday night the weekend before Fourth of July and I was so pleased with the service. My air conditioning had gone out and it was HOT. The Alltemp Air operator took my call immediately and explained the process. I had a very quick call back from the on-call technician and had someone at my door within 30 minutes. On the phone, prior to arriving, the technician was up front about the cost and the timing and I had a choice whether to proceed, which I very much appreciated. Upon arrival, the technician immediately got to work in oppressive heat and humidity - which is notable because they're charging hourly at that point in the service - and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was fixable on the spot so my A/C was back in service within the hour. I received a bonus service of wasp nest removal when we discovered one forming at the base of the unit. I was very happy with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more
