We brought Comfort Plumbing into a job after it became clear the first company we contacted (because they were the only ones who would come to our home on the weekend, when the grey water backup into our den occurred) was going to simply run up a tab on us before ever doing any actual repair work. Once Comfort Plumbing came into the picture, we immediately had an answer as to the root cause of the problem. Following an inspection to identify where our power and gas lines are located, two of their employees came in, dug out and replaced a badly installed joint and clean-out outside our home in less than 3 hours. The work was exceptionally well done, with no damage to any of the plants around the dig area. The total cost with Comfort Plumbing was less than the fee we were charged for the "diagnostic visit" with the other company. If there's ever a next time, where this kind of thing happens on a weekend, I'll just wait until Monday to get Comfort Plumbing on the job. read more

Comfort plumbing has taken care of us for years. Recently I called Comfort Plumbing to check on a hot water tank, at my rental house, which had been installed by another company who were hired by the property management company. There were issues and questions about this installation. I asked Comfort to look into it and replace the tank in question. Melissa, from Comfort, called to tell me that everyone at the office had looked at the pictures of the tank and it's installation and had concluded the tank was a correct tank for this house, it was properly installed and, though it was used, they looked up the production date and found it was only 6 months old. So Comfort Plumbing told me I didn't need to hire them for a $1,700. Job. The other company refunded $400. for putting in a used tank and in total Comfort saved me $2,100. Yay! read more

Comfort Plumbing recently replaced a Bradford White "propane" hot water heater located in Smartsville CA, in a remote location. They found and delivered a perfect match to the old heater, that was located in a very tight closet. They also offered a "discount", if my son would help with the heavy lifting, so only one person was needed for the installation. The replacement was completed in less that 2 hours. Our dishwasher quit working and we were not sure if this was a plumbing problem or a dishwasher problem. Cant say enough good things about Comfort Plumbing. I initially contacted Comfort to address a leaky 20 year old water heater. When Allan arrived we discovered a hot water pipe was also leaking in a very difficult area to access in the crawlspace. Our water pressure dropped suddenly while doing dinner dishes. In pouring rain we found a mysterious issue. Water was gushing out of an old cut off water pipe through the cement floor of an attached tool shed.
