From the phone calls to check in Damian was very informative and accommodating. We felt so comfortable & relieved to find such a nice place to lay our heads after a long day/drive. This place was a breath of fresh air! We were traveling across the country and this was our last stop before home. Miley at the front desk was amazing and helped us out. She was very sweet and went out of her way to find us a military discount. Our room was huge and it was so clean and smelled so good. There were no stains or random hairs that were left behind from the previous guests. Shower and bathroom were sparkling. Everything was wiped clean. The whole place just felt new, clean and fresh and that is so hard to find with hotels...especially ones that are really affordable like this place. Hats off to the cleaning services. Most places don't take dogs and if they do they're not so clean but this place was extremely clean and they took our French bulldog. They also offered a great breakfast the next morning with so much to choose from. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Comfort Suites! read more

My fiancé and I just stayed here this weekend. The first night was great, the beds are pretty comfy and the room was a good size. The second night, however, we had some unruly neighbors that decided to have no respect for anyone around them and kept us up all night. The staff is a big reason why I'm giving all 5 stars, because of how understanding they were and accommodating they were. It's hard to come by staff who actually care about your stay, and they do that here. The breakfast wasn't the anything to roar about, but it's complimentary so you can't complain. Overall it was a good experience and next time we make the trip from San Diego to Goodyear it will be a good hotel choice. read more

Comfort Inn Goodyear AZ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Charged me 3 times for the room and sitting on the 3rd day with no refund in my account if I was traveling and there was no money in my account do you think that they would pay for my gas. I checked into this hotel on Sunday morning at 430 as I work two jobs and I got off at 4am but the roads were flooded and I could not get home my only option was to check into a hotel. I tried to go to sleep after checking in and the maid pounded on the door with a do not disturb sign on it at 730 at which time she informed me that there was suppose to be no one in that room. Since I was up and the sun was out I decided to go home and checked out I met my mom because I was to tired to drive and when I picked up my coach purse the bottom was wet and at this point I was very upset my mom had me call the hotel and they said that they would credit my room I asked if they needed my credit card and Lindsay at the counter said no they had all my information but instead of crediting me the room she charged me 2 more times for the room so now I am out 450.00 dollars instead of 150.00. this I did not know until hours later after I went home and slept. I got up and went to put gas in my car and my card was declined I did not understand as there should of been at least 300.00 in my account. That's when I found out that she had charged me three times for the room. I called my mom and we went back to the hotel and she would not at first call her manager just told us that there was a glitch in her computer and I asked again for the manager and she told me that her manager was off and that she could not do anything til the following day. I insisted at this time that she call her manager her manager actually talked to us and said that she was not at home and to give her 15 minutes to get home to her computer and she would call us back after telling us that it was her day off many times. when she called back she could not see all charges on her computer from home and said that she would call us back the following day that there was nothing that she could do. I called my bank and they said that they could do nothing because the funds were not released so here I am lied to again. I gave up and called comfort inn coporate inn and to my avail they said that they would get to the bottom of this and here we are the third day still out 450.00 and no answers. This is the worst hotel I have ever been into and STILL OUT 450.00. Still have no answers managers all have bad attitudes and lie for each other. It is now 9 am on Tuesday morning and this happened on Sunday and I still do not have a dime back from them. And no phone call from corporate as promised. I am still waiting for a phone call this is a horrible experience. We have stayed at this hotel many times and had family stay there when they come into town and we will never do that again. Is there a law preventing hotels from stealing from you? You cant take 3 times the amount of the room and expect the customer to be satisfied with Im sorry and no phone call back. Arrived on a Thursday night for Memorial Day Weekend and departed Monday morning. The pool and pool area needs an upgrade. The rooms are pretty spacious for the price but the cleaning crew needs help on being courteous and picking up trash from rooms. The morning breakfast was pretty good and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. On Sunday afternoon we found a cockroach around the sofa area which is why I think they don't clean well. Upon checking out I told the front desk about the roach and he simply just said "ok I'll note that". We go to Arizona at least once a year with Baseball tournaments so you would think they would try to make the best to stay on the list of places to stay. The 2 stars are for the breakfast and staff serving the food which if I were to just grade that then they deserve 5 stars. read more

This is our 6th consecutive year staying at Goodyear Comfort Suites off of Estrella. Every year we are treated exceptionally well by management and staff. Every year we arrive noticing improvements. The rooms are very clean and have all amenities to make your stay "comfort"able. We are never disappointed. They work very hard to accommodate your every need. I stayed here a week ago and when I got my room there was urine in the toilet and if you're coming from out of town good luck I parked my car in front of the door with security cameras and lights on it and got broke into when I went up to the desk to tell them they can't do anything until there manager gets in on Monday here it is the following Friday still haven't heard a word about it lots of crime around there read more

Great Hotel for events! We hosted an international dance convention and Annie was wonderful in securing an incredible group rate. They were always friendly and helpful to our out of town participants and the beds were heavenly (or so i was told!) . Breakfast was hot and great selection. I cant think of a better place to stay and we will bring our business back next year. read more

First time staying at this facility. Generally stay at competitor's when in the Phoenix area. Facility was clean as staff were friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The noise level was low in our estimation and almost none existent which was a big plus. Continental breakfast was adequate. Better than some but not as many choices as others. We did have a problem with shower water pressure and did advise staff who accommodated us which we appreciated. All in all a good place to stay and we'll likely return on future visits. read more

"Stolen Fire TV from room. Mold growing from electrical boxes" Pending review I recently went to this place 7/10/2017 to 7/14/2017.. Room 212 Upon leaving I left my fire TV there(my mistake). I called that evening and informed the front desk. I was told they would ask the housekeeper and call me in the morning. They never called. So we called them and spoke with a lady named Angela. Again, her name is Angela. She was very rude to my wife and I called back and she hung up on. I informed her that there were charges on my Amazon Account, I informed her that to charge on my account is criminal and would have to police there to make a report. Angela told the manager we Threatened her.. Maybe when I said have the police make a report, not sure where the threat was. Also, my company had 4 rooms there, there was mold in the electrical boxes, also mold in the A/C vents... i will upload pictures when I get them from my co-workers. Overall this place has very rude service. Good luck and I hope your stay is better than mine. It's too bad I have to give a bad review, but this hotel leaves me no choice. I booked two nights back in May of 2017. The hotel was nice, clean, great continental breakfast. Here are the negatives: We went to the pool twice and there were no clean towels. On one occasion, someone had their dog with them at the pool. They also were drinking out of glass bottles. I love animals and could care less but, when I had to leave the pool area to ask for towels, a maintenance guy came out to the pool and wouldn't let my 12 year old daughter sit on one of the chairs to wait for me. She had to leave the pool area, but couldn't get back in because I had the key card. There is a sign saying no dogs and no glass at the pool, but those guests were allowed to stay. I received a knock on my door the second night from security asking me if I had kids in my room. I told them I had one and they said guests on the first floor in the area below me were complaining that kids were jumping and disturbing them. I told him it wasn't mine because she was sleeping since it was midnight. I told him to find the two kids who had been riding hover boards all over the hotel for hours. "Oh, thanks!" He said. To top it off, at 7am the day of check out, someone was knocking at my door. I couldn't believe it! It was my ex husband. He somehow tracked us down to the hotel. The front desk gave him my room number and access to get there. I had checked in as one adult, one child and his name was nowhere on the reservation. I told him to leave or I would call security. I waited and went downstairs to speak with the girl at the front desk. She said she didn't know how that happened and offered to credit one of the nights. After numerous attempts, she issued the credit. When we entered the breakfast area, there was my ex, enjoying a big breakfast in the dining area. A few weeks passed and guess what? The charge showed back up on my card. I called the hotel again and the person working said she would recredit my card, but she couldn't since she had no authority to do so. She said a manager would be back in two days. I called customer service and was told someone would get back to me, but they never did. I filed a claim explaining to my bank what happened. They issued the credit, but Comfort Suites disputed it said they issued services and my bank charged my card again. I'm pretty sure it's illegal for a hotel to give out a guest's information. I'm going to take further action. read more
