I came home yesterday from a birthday party to find out that my house was not cooling. The compressor was not on, and the havc ran hot air all day. I reached out to this company, and Vick gave me his phone number to call. I have hired Vick for about 3 years now and have always had such a great experience. He is extremely professional, always on time, and knowledgable. Vick has been upfront with me from the very beginning about my end of life, 30 year old HVAC units, and has cautioned us that we should be prepared to replace it. Over the past 3 years, he serviced both units once or twice per year, and has done a few "quick fixes" which has helped stretch its lifespan. He called to let me know that he was on his way, and was highly knowledgeable and helpful when an issue cropped up with one of our outside condenser units while he was here. We had a great experience with him summertime when AC suddenly stopped working and it was close to 100 degrees outside and he got the necessary part and was back to fix it.
