In the process of cleaning the dryer vent, he punched a couple of holes in the vent and broke the vent cover. I knew about that and let it go to get him out of my house. However, because I split my time between MD and IN, I didn't notice that the dryer vent was actually more clogged. Now, about six months later, it is completely clogged. No air comes out the exterior. And, of course, this is not covered by any warranty (because it's been so long) and I'd have to pay to have them come and possibly wreck the vent even more thoroughly (although I'm not sure how they could do so). 0 out of 10--do not recommend.
