The manager Logen is very unprofessional and rude, he always tries to squeeze money out of the patient and sees him as a client/ATM machine not a patient! I paid my denture in full, when my day arrived to get the new denture, he called me to his office telling me I owe $1500, it took me an hour to show and make him understand it was paid, he is such a jerk. They are using cheap materials for crowns and dentures. After one week a crown that holds the new dentures fell off, the crown was made by Aspan dental 2 years ago, I went back to the office to glue it back, but the doctor that didn't see me decided to do x rays, I told them I do not need more radiation to my head because I did too many and it can cause cancer, and I told them I will sign my refusal, their next move was to send me away with a new denture I can't use. Tried to call customer service, but there is no customer service where to complain! So if you want to waste your money, to get unprofessional treatment and an attempt to be robed, this is the place!

In fact, my teeth are worst now than what they were before the treatment. Management did not care at all as to find a solution for my situation. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of money to this place, and they wanted a lot more to replace a lost set of retainers from 2 days prior when I had finished the treatment, they wanted to do X-rays and other things when treatment was just finished 2 days prior, and absolutely nothing was different, just to get more money out of me. I will not recommend this dentist practice, there are better places out there where staff is nicer and actually care about their patients.

I was in dire need of a dentist as I was having pain in tooth #11 top left which is an anchor tooth…read morefor a 5 piece bridge. I saw 2 dentists prior who did not want to work on a 5 piece bridge so when I came across Dynamic Dental I made the HUGE mistake of going there.  The dentist there said I needed a root canal on the anchor tooth and so she removed my great bridge (which I had for more than 21 yrs and fit perfectly), and after the root canal put on a horrible badly made temporary bridge. It was uncomfortable from that day going  forward. (Plus the office staff there tends to be very impatient and condescending.) In the months to follow I was going back & forth with Liberty Dental (and various specialists) trying to get 2 steps covered by insurance which are needed prior to the actual implants plus w a shorter bridge... with no luck. Then about 2 months ago  I started having a lot of pain and swelling near that same #11 tooth so I went back to the Dynamic Dental dentist who showed no empathy & very condescendingly said "Well you had it done awhile ago! It wasn't meant as a permanent bridge so why didn't you have the implants done??! (She obviously seems to think everyone has $6000 just laying around and I had to tell her I don't!! I'm a single senior and my only income is Social Security!!) She said she wouldn't do a 5 piece bridge so I left and went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion who at least took an xray & said to see an Endodontist for an opinion. I called Dynamic Dental 1 more time for help since she's the one who made the temporary bridge & was told in a dismissive manner to see an endodontist.  I then went to an endodontist who did xrays and said he didn't see a root infection and that the bridge was poorly made which is cutting my gums causing the infection....and to go back to Dynamic Dental. I then went to 2 Sage Dental offices to see a dentist & a periodontist who also agreed the bridge is cutting into my gums causing infection so it needs to be removed, address the infection, do 2 implants and a short bridge. (I am still trying to get funding for the 2 steps needed prior to the actual implants...and meanwhile am having constant pain, headaches, tmj pain and stomach upset from the infection leaking from that area! I've since requested 2x that Dynamic Dental have my records/xrays to be sent to Sage or emailed to me and have not received them!  I would NOT recommend the Dynamic Dental dentist to anyone after receiving poor treatment/customer service & my experiences there.

Every friend and colleague that I have referred to Dr. Pere have echoed the same emotions. Dr. Pere takes a great deal of care during your procedure to make sure you are comfortable. He had a sharp edge which was irritating his mouth. So we began researching dentists in the area. The reviews on Precious Dental stood out, so he called and he was able to go in that same day. The rest of the story is amazing. Dr Aryann is a remarkable dentist and a true perfectionist. He discovered some decay in the tooth which was obvious in the x-ray - even to us. His recommendation was a crown. He manufactures crowns right in the office, so no need for the usual temporary and another visit to insert permanent crown. My husband came home today with a brand new smile! He is so happy and said Dr Aryaan is a "magician"!! We cannot say enough about how satisfied we are and how grateful we are to have found this practice. The office is well equipped with the newest technology and the staff cannot do enough for you! All of the staff are…read morefriendly and wonderful, the office, including the bathrooms, are absolutely immaculate, I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner medical office, and for once, possibly the first time ever, finally a dentist that is not trying to sell expensive treatments that we don't need. I know it's hard to really know people in a short visit but the impression I got is that everyone here has their priorities in order and patient care, and doing the right thing, are top on their list. Dr. Guzman is the BEST dentist I have ever visited. She has all the qualities that make a great dentist: compassion, understanding, meticulousness, and the most important quality of all: patience in dealing with those of us who are fearful of any thing dental. With the vast majority of dental offices I feel rushed and just another number. Not so at Dr. Nino-Guzman Roach's office. The staff takes the time to listen to me when I ask questions, and then respond to my answers, and not just brush me aside. Likewise, Dr Nino-Guzman Roach is extremely thorough in her dealings with me, and sensing--before I even verbalize--my anxieties and unspoken qualms. Her touch is very gentle and she is extremely patient. If I had young children (mine is now grown) she would be their dentist, hands down. Not only that, she is very professional and up-to-date on all dental techniques and procedures, something I have found lacking in many dentists. Cannot recommend enough.
