Natalie was extremely professional. She listened to our post-surgery nursing needs, suggested a staffing plan which, incidentally, was outside of her company's scope of services since I wanted insurance to cover the expense, and then she went the extra mile to help coordinate with the 3rd party she referred to ensure they could help me. If the insurance provider referred doesn't work out, you can be assured I will be using Natalie's services and paying out of pocket. Her pricing for an RN or LVN was extremely fair and reasonable. And, if her staff is as attentive and goes the extra mile like Natalie, you can be guaranteed that you'll get the excellent care your loved ones deserve.

More ppl kept coming in, that had appts, and I was disappointed that nobody had called to cancel the appt, or that there me and others were left to fend on their own to get this lab work done(I had appt with my Dr. to go over those results, giving the lab time to have results), along with other results about my knee. I know with appt, they knew my address and phone number, why wasn't I called, so I could find another place in time. If you weren't already stressed, I was then and now. You go to another lab, and your asked to come bk @ 4pm "drink enough water, so you can do your urine test, again", we'll I have work @ 4:45pm...this won't work. It's so disorganized. Needless to say that appointment didn't happen so that was a waste of my time and day. Made a new appointment several weeks out because there was nothing else available. Got a confirmation text yesterday about my appointment still being good for today. Just showed up to the Walgreens location and they're closed with just a sign on the door with a different address to go to in the meantime. Absolutely unacceptable! Whether it's something going on with your scheduling system or being understaffed and having to close it's no excuse to not inform people that their appointments have been canceled. Once again my day and time has been wasted and now I have to make another appointment to get my blood work done. Do better LabCorp!!

He didn't cry yesterday but sure did today after knowing what was going to happen. Despite how scared and strongly he resisted, Vicki and her coworker handled it wonderfully. Both veins wanted to give out and while one did, delicate adjustments and patience got just enough from both veins. My poor little doesn't have easy veins so to me this was a huge deal. Very grateful to both of the ladies who helped today and hopefully won't be back for a while but at least we know where to go next time. Thank you!

Called to confirm my time this morning and the lady who answered gave concise, easy-to-understand information and helpful directions. In Palm Desert today for a barium swallow test. First time to this beautiful facility. Arrived at 1245 for a 1-pm appt. First in line at check in. Insurance and ID Paperwork done in 5 minutes. Was called in for my procedure exactly at 1pm. Was greeted by two techs who explained what the test involved and got me prepped quickly. They were later joined by the radiologist who completed the final imaging. IN and OUT in 25 minutes. Took an extra five 5 minutes to wander the halls and admire the amazing skeletal images that adorned the walls. Waiting room had 20+ patients as I exited the facility. Was happy to have arrived during their sweet spot.-

The management cross referenced all my information and called me anyway. Gross violation of privacy. This place is out of control. I cannot believe they would access personal information and make unsolicited contact. I have never felt so violated by an imaging place. My requests for imaging went in on a Friday. I was never contacted and had to call to get the imaging scheduled. When I called to schedule my imaging the scheduler insisted that what my orthopedic had ordered was medically unnecessary. If that sounds like a receptionist playing doctor without a license that's because it is. After getting the request fixed, I arrived an hour early to my appointment. I was told they didn't have time for my appointment at all that day and I would need to call the number that screwed up the first time because their desk wasn't comfortable scheduling the imaging. Again, another receptionist deciding what my doctor had ordered was something they didn't feel like doing. I won't ever go here again.

Your technician is the person checking you in at the front desk ... so be kind and ask for help if you can't work the check in kiosk, etc. My blood draw was a breeze - painless with no bruising or residual bleeding what so ever. Test results were ready quickly on the app. Definitely would not hesitate to return to this location. Ample parking, but very little shade (welcome to the desert!)
