Stopped in here on a whim the other day for breakfast and ended up having a rather yummy egg sandwich. Got a BEC with hashbrowns on an egg bagel. Everything was cooked great and the bagel was delicious. Service was fast and attentive. Place is on the smaller side but has some tables and chairs to sit if you decide to dine in. Stale bagels on a Sunday morning and somehow our toasted bagels were cold by the time they got to us. Will not be returning.

First time here and service was poor. I know the establishment is new and that means that customers should be greeted warmly or in the least should be told "have a good day". That wasn't the case. People have bad days but the customer isn't supposed to know that. My egg sandwich was absolutely nothing special. I tried this deli today for brunch during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. They had a limited menu on the third party app I ordered from. There were no beverages and a lot of the items offered on their website were not included on the third party app. I understand that during this pandemic, a lot of vendors are simplifying their menus, especially when using an external delivery service, but no beverages? Not even water or coffee? In this arena, they need to step it up. The food was prepared relatively quickly, and the delivery service was speedy as well. The order was well packed, but not sealed as most restaurants are doing during the Coronavirus. When the food arrived it wasn't hot. It was barely warm. The omelettes were fairly big. They came with generous servings of home fries, although the menu did not say they were included. That was a welcome surprise. The cheese in the omelettes was nicely melted. It wasn't stringy and gooey like I prefer, but that was probably because the food wasn't hot or even warm when it arrived. The omelette comes with toast, which was generously buttered. The hash browns were nicely packaged and were very tasty. We also ordered cookies, which were very big, and definitely hit the spot. Silverware was included, as well as a plethora of napkins. Nice touch. I will try Commack Bagels Deli Market again, and when the pandemic regulations ease up, I would like to visit the establishment. Overall a fairly good experience. read more

Wrote review 2 months ago about selling expired beverages Was contacted but I wasn't looking for anything TODAY decided to return and give them a 2nd try I had liked the food and service Ordered and then the girl at the counter asked if I wrote review I said yes but didn't want to discuss it - long expired is expired! While I wait for order, she talks loudly with employees about who I am NOT NICELY and I'm not deaf - everyone there could hear her! I already paid so get my order and when I leave, I tell her expired - No excuse for 2 month expired items on shelves if you are checking inventory regularly She says they were only open a couple of months That makes it ok to not check inventory and remove long expired items? I again said - 2 month expired. I was willing to try again but after her coming at me - I went home, threw out the food and there won't be a 3rd try! read more

I thought I would give this place a try and I was pretty disappointed. The parking was adequate and the interior to the right was clean and open with a decent selection of beverages. The service was horrible. The young lady had her long hair down, kept touching it, was making negative comments about a customer coming in and waving an empty bag to remind us the wait was too long all while talking about how late she was up the night before. You can't see the area where your food is prepared but you could see a dirty white towel the person preparing the food was wiping off knives with. The bagel was chewy and thrown in a box oven type appliance if you request it to be toasted. The interior of the oven looked dirty. My everything bagel didn't have much on it so it tasted more like a plain and there was what appeared to be an onion peel under the bagel. My almost $12 hero was light on the meat and the cheese was way too thin. Over all it's a shame this business will likely not be in business long unless it does the basics like be professional and sanitary. There are plenty of other places to take your business to so I'd say unless you see a sign in front that reads under new management, head elsewhere. read more

This place opened up about 2 months ago and is an excellent source for a quick breakfast , lunch or coffee which I think is delicious especially the breakfast blend. They also make sandwiches and since my office is next door I frequently get the chicken wrap. They also have specials with free coffee after buying a breakfast. It looks to be family owned and they are working hard to please the community. read more
