We next took our car to Painless Autoworks,. The vehicle was thoroughly checked out and test driven, which took them quite a bit of time. They found nothing wrong with the car, whereas this established tire dealership franchise was trying to charge us thousands of dollars for unneeded work. We later found out that we were not the only ones who experienced high estimates for unnecessary work at this firm. I asked the gentleman at Painless Autoworks how much we owed them for their time. He said we owed "nothing." In a time of bad customer service, dishonesty and greed by some businesses, I feel blessed to have found an auto repair business that I can trust. I took care of the suspension problems and brought it back at a discounted price.even then the alignment is still of and I'd rather just go somewhere else then have them attempt it a 3td time, also had them balance some tires for me.. after picking up the car they said the tires weren't capable of being fully balanced and still charged me for the balancing, any good shop will call you to inform you of tire problems before performing a balance. they also broke a hub spacer on the process and failed to inform me, I drove the car home and now the rim is completely screwed. place is money over service and it couldn't be more clear.

I called the next day at 3 PM to see if my car was ready and they said about 10 minutes. I picked it up and went home. I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done when the woman behind the counter lied to me. The reason why I know this is because I removed the air cap from the passengers rear tire when I got home. I noticed the same tire was in the rear, and I called and notified them. They told me that sometimes they go side to side instead of front to back. I told him that neither had not been in touched. Also, none of my fluids were topped off as my add fluid for the window light was still on. In the morning the next day, I went to Belle tire and paying them to do the rotation and check my fluids during the inspection. They showed me my cabin and air filter which were filthy and should've been pointed out if Tuffy really did an inspection. I've been going there for the past three years never a problem Tuffy now lost me as a customer and their ethics are horrible. I keep my car impeccable, and don't even know if the oil was changed. Never again and you should be ashamed to yourself.

This honesty at the expense of added profit to their business was quite impressive in my opinion and greatly appreciated on my part. Relative to cost they were in line with the other oil change businesses on the area and did the oil change very promptly while I waited in the truck. Overall I was quite happy with my experience here and will definitely be using this business again in the future.

Took my sons Buick to their shop with a antifreeze leak. I told the shop where the leak was. The…read moremechanic pressure tested for the leak even though it leaked without Pressure needed. The mechanic called my house and said the car was junk and it would cost around a thousand dollars to fix. How he determined the cost for repair i don't know because he did not even know what the problem was. I went to the shop and tried to tell the mechanic the part that was bad but he would not listen. They wanted to charge $80.00 but backed off when i asked for what. They then backed off, gave me the keys and told me to leave. I took the car to another local shop near by and told them the problem and the part involved. They said that it was a common problem with this model car. They took it right in and replaced the part with an upgraded one. I also had them do a oil and filter change. Total bill was just a few dollars over $300.00. the car has been running great with no leaks. This was not the first time I had issues with this shop, but it will be the last.
