I called this morning because I wanted to get 2 color photos made for my family and the owner I guess he was the one said he's not driving from LA Canada just to open his business just for 2 photos to be copied for me, so here's his 1 star review. The owner called me a few minutes after I posted my 1 star review and asked me if I was happy giving him a 1 star. By then I already made my 2 color copies at another place. What the owner should have done from my first call was said I am sorry we are closed today and let me know nicely rather than saying he's not going to drive from LA Canada just to print 2 color photos. I contacted Commercial Printing Network this week to see if they could turn around a foam board protest sign for me in short notice. Robert and the team here were so unbelievably helpful and fast. I purchased an image from Etsy and sent it to them to be printed on foam board. When I went to pick it up, Robert had some suggestions about how I could add an image to the other side without having to pay for a second foam board. He was able to make my sign for me with only 48 hours notice and it was a huge hit at the rally. You don't get customer service like that a chain place. Great local business! For decades I've been supporting this place and now I'm completely done .. About 5 months ago I had a scheduled meeting to meet with Bob, I wanted merchandise printed. Well he did a no show and I went and took my business somewhere else. I didn't make a big deal of it, I just gave my money to a better place. Today I walked in the lady behind the desk, Bob, and another employee aren't wearing masks, it sticks like a ashtray in there. So.. there's no one there but me and them. I asked the lady behind the desk if I can email her stuff and if she can print it out., she ignores me I ask again So I send her the stuff and I'm just standing waiting for her to acknowledge me ..I hear a printer so I walk to all 3 printers and say is that for me and she ignores me I ask again and she said it's printed behind me and I said there's more paperwork and she ignores me. She pulls out 3 printed papers and said it's $2.75 and I said I'm not done I need printing and she ignores me. At that time 2 regular clients come in and all of a sudden she jumps up and helps them and the owner came out too. I'm getting annoyed because she's still ignoring me and he asked me if I needed help, so I shook my shoulders and said I don't know she's ignoring me I don't know what's going on. Long story short I paid the $2.75 I did not get and further printing , I guess it's too hard for her to help me ..the lady needs to retire or have customers service but what really pisses me off is Bob announces to everyone in the shop if everyone's in a bad mood raise your hand and then they were making comments and then he said we don't need people in the shop with attitudes we don't have people in here with attitudes. Well guess what I walked in a perfectly good mood and your customer service absolutely sucks and I will never return there again I support small businesses but I don't need an owner telling me have an attitude because your employee is awful.. how about you focus on wearing masks and not smoking in the shop, and supporting your customer because she's absolutely useless read more

Had a little multi-fold full-color pamphlet that I only needed twenty copies of. Found this gem of a mom and pop store literally five minutes down the road from me, and man am I grateful I did! I had a file on USB from our graphic designer, but there were a couple of small issues: the file wasn't lined up correctly for double-sided printing and also the border spacing incorrect for a full-bleed print job. Thankfully, Leilani (the most helpful, sweet graphic design/print angel ever!) helped me with both of those issues. She problem solved and printed a copy, problem solved and printed a copy, until the print came out absolutely perfectly. Initially I was worried they only did huge commercial printing jobs, but they actually do small ones as well. Twenty copies, full-bleed, full-color, plus cutting, scoring, folding, on thick quality paper, and all done in under two days! Great staff and great services at a affordable price. I have come here a couple times to print some promotional cards and posters, and they made the whole process extremely simple and efficient. Very high quality material and work. I personally know nothing about printing and graphic design, but they had no problem taking my file and tweaking it on photoshop to make sure I get the best possible sizing and printing efficiency. I felt welcomed and they were extremely understanding and patient with my needs. The one day I dropped by, there was an extremely unpleasant costumer causing a scene at the store. I walked in to the front (4/1/ 22) office of this print shop, I was wearing a "double" layer protection of N95 anti covid mask. A gentleman approaches me with a cigarette in hand, no covid mask. There are two other people in the office, no mask. I could barely stand the reeking stench of nicotine that apparently had permeated the entire office. As one reviewer (Tatiana) said "it smelled like an ashtray" The smell was really bad, I couldnt take, I made quick polite printing conversation and left. They were somewhat clueless about a simple printing service I asked them about on top of it all. I cant rate them...I just know my head and lungs ached for a while- afterwards. I was wearing a double covid mask!! If they smoke that much do you think they're covid vaccinated? I wish them well. Im sure theyre nice folks but...Whew!!! read more

I requested a quote for a large order today by phone. I received an email at 11:18AM saying that my quote would be coming "shortly." I followed up at 4:21PM telling them that we needed the quote by 5PM or we would be going with another printer. I received the quote after 5PM and replied with the following: "Unfortunately, we did not receive your quote within a timely manner and we've gone ahead with another printer. Thanks" This is the reply I received: "Your attitude is uncalled for !!!!!" Needless to say we will not be using this printer and I suggest you don't either. read more
