I emailed 4 different carpet cleaning companies near my house and all of them returned my request in quick order. Alright you guys time get real for a second.. First off, I won a $250 gift certificate in an auction for a fundraiser for a father with Parkinsons. Right off the bat I loved the fact that they were donating their services to a local family in need. Second, Collin reached out to me that same day congratulating me and to let him know whenever I needed my floors cleaned. He was out a couple days later and actually showed up when he said he was going to! Third, he was HONEST!!!! They did not try and sell us on any extra services or special treatments (ive had a bad experience with another company in the past with that) and because we only have carpet in two rooms, we didn't come close to fulfilling the whole $250 value of the certificate. What blew my mind, is that he could have easily taken the certificate and called it even but instead took off the amount of work he did and left the remaining so we could get our carpets done two more times! Their prices are extremely reasonable and Collin was very professional and took his time making sure everything was nice and clean and smelling good! I HIGHLY recommend CRC for any of your floor/carpet cleaning needs! I have a 2012 Honda Civic with cloth interior that I drove across country (from Ontario CA to CA USA) with my dog and all my belongings packed in it. The car came from a cold climate and had a lot of salt stains in the interior as well dirt and dust. Colin literally make the car look brand new inside.
