Whoever is driving your company van is a real asshole on the fwy. Your van was speeding recklessly and weaving in and out of traffic then tailgated closely behind my car (mind you that I had my 6 year old daughter in the backseat)! This happened on 7/12/22 around 2pm on the 134 fwy. Here's a picture of the van and license plate. Under the guidance of Miguel Ortiz, Commercial Tree Services had a huge job with our overgrown hillside and large lot filled with trees. They removed huge dead trees and ground the roots. Instead of topping, which damages trees, they trimmed, thinned and shaped the other trees. They worked to do things as we desired, and rushed to finish in one day before a big storm arrived by assigning a huge number of workers and appropriate trucks. Their pricing was reasonable and flexible. We intend to work with them again and look forward to their landscaping expertise. We had two trees planted too close to a wall, and also were getting mixed up in communication lines, so we needed them removed. They came the same day we called to come and give an estimate (which was a fair price), and also noticed another tree on the property that needed some trimming as well. He gave a reasonable price to remove the two trees and grind the stumps, as well as trimming a very large tree, and the team was able to come early the next week. It was a slightly less expensive estimate than I got from another local company. They worked efficiently and everything went really well, they clearly are experts in trimming and tree removal. The first time his crew chopped down a huge fan palm for me. The second time they removed four trees and trimmed two big trees on another property of mine. We needed some cleanup work done for our front and backyard. I called and they came out to give me an estimate and I specifically asked for 1. removal of the ivy plus it's roots and dirt 2. removal of a big planter in the back with all the dirt and 3. tree/bush trimming and other things for the cleanup. They said they could do all of it and their price seemed reasonable so we went with them. I'm giving them one star because they didn't complete the job and destroyed an existing fruit tree. - They removed existing ivy, but not all of the roots or the dirt where the ivy was. When I asked them why they didn't remove the ivy roots, he said it was too difficult but they will do a spray that could help prevent it from coming back but there's a chance that it'll be back. Well a couple weeks later, it started coming back. - The big planter was partially removed but not completely and all the dirt is still there. They also said they couldn't remove all the dirt because it was a bigger job than what I'm paying for. - While doing the cleanup, they uprooted my lemon tree. They shouldn't have touched it in the first place and replanted it somewhere else. After a week, it started withering away and is now completely dead. - They also cut some of my existing pipes that I was planning to use for irrigation. It felt like they just wanted to do the job quickly and wasn't careful. Overall I'm not satisfied with their work and wish I went with another company. read more

They were here at exactly 7:30am as promised. Did a fabulous job removing bamboo trees and roots. Used a stump grinder and cleaned up the entire area. Also since job is guaranteed they will come back in a few weeks to take out any random shoots. Would use them again!!! read more

Pros: easy to set up an appt for them to come and give me a quote. The guy who came was very nice and professional and they gave me a good rate so I booked them. Cons: they were supposed to come on Saturday from 2 to 3. Around 320pm I called the same guy who originally came for a quote and he almost didn't know who I was or knew about the appt. I had to remind him again and give my address again. He said that his guys are baked uo and if I want to reschedule, I said no. He said he will send a crew in 30 mins. Now I'm sure these guys are good at removing trees but they didn't do a good job with trimming my tree. I am not sure if there was a communication prb with his guys and us but they cut the tree to much. It's too naked and the shape is not even symmetric. I have a lot of instructions as they were going but the final product didn't come out how I wanted. The tree now looks way too naked and the top is not even. I will probably.bot call these guys again for trimming service. Maybe for removing trees only. read more

818-810-9028, Commercial Tree Services, are one of the BEST tree removal company in LA. They removed a huge "80 ft, 150 year old silk oak tree" in ONE DAY and it's stump the next day. They also trimmed other tree for us on the second day. (The Oak Tree's root had caused problem with the pool next to it). They did the job quickly and safely. There was very little room to work at the base of the tree. They lowered each tick branch one at a time. They are licensed, insured and very professional. You will never find a more professional tree services company with the BEST PRICE anywhere else in LA.
