Pro Tips: 1) The parking attendant after you get your ticket will tell you which aisle to park in as that's where the shuttle will go to pick you up. Don't stray for the "closest" spot. You'll end up having to track down a shuttle with your luggage on tow. 2) The shuttle driver will give you a yellow ticket with your parking location. Keep this handy to tell the driver on your return trip. 3) Plan 20-25 min from when you park your car to getting off the shuttle at the airport. They'll pick up more passengers in the lot to fill up the shuttle, but they also don't take too long since there are many shuttles running. Parked at 4:45 AM on a Thursday and it took exactly 20 min. Two other trips, it took 13-15 min. 4) Make sure to have cash handy to tip the shuttle driver. Optional, but it's nice to thank the friendly drivers who work all hours in all weather and help with luggage.

Once you park in one of the free parking lots, you walk a bit to the dock and get your QR code scanned for a ticket to walk on the ferry. They also take cars, but I think a lot of visitors just rent golf carts on the island like we did. We did use the bathroom facilities before getting on the ferry and they were clean. Be sure to check the schedule of timing, especially for the off season, because the trips aren't as frequent and the last ferry back to the mainland is earlier than during the busy season! The ferry ride was so fun and super smooth and only about 15-20 minutes. There was a cute gift shop on the PIB side where we got a sticker to remember our fun time on the island!

When you call and ask for them to send someone, they only give you excuses. They do not care about customer service whatsoever. They also refused to take our unexpired coupon because they decided to increase their prices. When we mentioned the coupon didn't expire for four more months, they shrugged and said "that's the policy." Qwik Park is anti-customer and has predatory pricing practices. Use at your own risk.
