I was initially impressed with the free towing of my pickup when my starter went out. It was repaired with no problem. However, I took it back to Greer when I had some other issues with my truck due to overheating. I was told I needed a new intake manifold, so I was quoted $1500. Then I received a call that it was going to cost more, around $600, due to labor hours, because they ran into issues. So long story short, the truck was not completely repaired correctly, and I had to keep putting antifreeze in it as there was a leak somewhere. So, someone must not have known how to work on a Ford because now I have a blown head gasket, and the vehicle is dead. Since Greer's mechanic had the engine completely torn down to fix an issue, everything should have been checked. In my opinion, they threw it back together when they "ran into issues" and did not know how to fix a Ford.
