When I arrived to this car wash I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. When I paid for the $16.99 service that ended up being $18.99 because I have an HRV, they said it would take 40 minutes so I just waited until they were done with my car. I didn't get to use the $2 off on Yelp, however I wish I'd paid after they washed the car like I normally do because I probably wouldn't have paid because of my experience. When my car was finished being washed, there was a young boy that was drying it and doing my windows and my tire dressing. He was kind, motioned me over when my car was supposed to be finished to drive off the lot and as soon as I open my car, I notice that the inside floor mats were still pretty dirty. I asked him "Do you guys vacuum the vehicles?" & he told me yes but immediately came to my aid knowing I asked that for a reason. I showed him my floors, & lifted my mats to show him that it looked the same way it did when I brought it in. He yells "who did the vacuum - you know what never mind I'll take care of it for you" so I said thank you. This boy hopped in my car to drive it back over to the vacuums as he should have, but tell me why he tried to pull off with the brake on!! My car made a horrible loud sound so he hopped out to see if something was in the back of it & his colleagues and I looked at him crazy. I said the brake, take the brake off! His colleague, maybe his brother, yelled something to him in a different language & he said "I got it" & drove it to the vacuums correctly this time. At the vacuums, I just sort of watched from far away & saw him vacuuming while the gentleman that greeted me & the one I paid for the car wash were casually conversing by my car. I start to walk up because they done already 1/2 a**ed my vehicle so I just wanted to make sure things were done correctly this time around. Once I'm approaching, the men that were in conversation quickly stop and begin to help the young boy that was vacuuming my car because it was not vacuumed thoroughly from the beginning. One of the gentleman sounded pretty upset with the boy but they were speaking in a different language so I'm not sure what he was saying, & meanwhile the guy that greeted me was trying to make me feel better and say "I like your car it looks nice" "looks good looks clean" and I told him looking at it, I see a scratch right there & that was not on my vehicle when I got here. He says oh no know that can happen in parking lots and totally dismissed what I said. So I said it again & he said it didn't happen herr then said something, again in a different language to his colleague. Judging by the fact that the kid cleaning my car did not know how to take the brake off before pulling off with it, and one of the other guys damn near hit me when he tried to reverse to take my car back because they only applied tire dressing to one tire, I'd say the new scratch on my car happened here. To cut it short, the poor kid apologized & said it was his shoes that made the inside dirty which I feel like someone told him to say that. They also forgot my air freshener & took off my plastic from the console that I purposely left since I bought the car so it didn't get all smudgy with finger prints so that kinda irked me driving off. I don't mean to be that person because I know it's hard to run a business especially for services, let alone to get a bad review on it. I can't believe that I came here out of convenience. Please do not make the same $200 mistake. I pulled into this establishment for a $25 premium car wash and walked out with a flat tire also. The attendant who pulled my car out slammed into a metal air valve sticking out from the ground. It caused a massive tear into the tire on my car. Photos included. The manager, Yaser, refuses to take responsibility and claims that I drove into the place with the gash. I can stick two fingers into the gash! Also, he points to a sign that states: Not liable for altered cars, loose rims or personal property. Yeah. I know how to read and shredded tires due to employee negligence is not listed. Towards the end of our conversation, he claims that he is not the manager and "Samir" the manager cannot be contacted since he is in a meeting... he refused to call "Samir" or give me his number. Oh! If you want your belongings STOLEN this is the place to go!!! I had been going to this car wash for awhile but now will NEVER return!! My credit card fell in between the seat and did not take it out before taking it to this car wash. (Not on purpose, I simply forgot) They were nice enough to pick it up for me and go on $800 dollar spree!! Used to come here when I was younger with my aunt & parents & it was great! However, seems like management changed & prices went up. Asked for a diamond wash $50, & I was there about 30-40 mins. Now, considering everything the diamond wash consists of I highly believe the person drying it did not do. I'm very upset & makes me thing you're paying big bucks to get a half ass job. Worst wash ever! I took it in for a regular wash because I was on a time crunch, I didn't mention the time crunch. So they washed my truck, when done the guy calls me over I mention some of the things that were not washed he grabbed a rag and tried to correct it. He couldn't so I went in to the office and I talked to the guy at the cashier he said he was the manager. Explained to him what was wrong he then said that I bought the basic wash and that's why he is leaving it like that. Bugs on the front and windshield, the top of the bed dirty and water streaks all over. I then said well when you wash something don't you wash it good, he said yeah but not a basic wash, that what I am asking for is a detail. I said no, a detail would be when you are waxing, clay, or polishing the vehicle and putting armor all on all the right places. All this time I was really upset about the wash and when I seen the mirror scuffed I lost it and I told him about it and had to leave. I will be going to small claims in regards to this Incident. The owner refused to even let me get the outside of my car cleaned up. He said regardless I can't get any carwash unless I pay the full fee for the complete detailing. Plain and simple, don't go to this car wash. I took a long break from this establishment after my windshield was cracked going through the wash. They said it must have been a preexisting crack or chip that caused the crack as nd not them. I took an almost 8 month break before giving them another chance. My mistake. No crack windshield this time but what an awful job they did. The rims had dirt on them still, spray dots on the interior from the shine product they use, and it looked like they used the same rag on the windows and mirrors leaving them with an oily film. I searched for a car wash thats close to my business and came across Commonwealth Car Wash. I read some of the reviews and saw it was generally good so I said why not. It was pretty close and right when I got there, I immediately checked the packages and pricing. They were decent so I decided to do the 14.99 wash. The staff taking my order told me that they had a premium wash thats on sale for 24.99. I also saw they give $2 discount if i check in so, it was a no-brainer. They included a complete interior detailing. I have not washed my car in ages and wanted to kinda spoil myself. Note, I usually go for the general wash so it never includes the interior detailing. So, After getting a ticket, I looked around to see if there was any restaurants in walking distance and surprisingly, there were few choices. I decided to grab carls jr which was about a half block away. so, already I killed about 30 minutes eating and walking back. When I came back, it seemed like they were finishing off my car. I waited for another 10~15min playing with my phone, since they had free wifi. This is definitely a plus. They were finally waving the wash rack to signal the finish. Right when I walked to the guy to hand him his tip, he said to check the car and inside to see if I see anything they did a satisfying job. Another start for them since I felt they were very confident in the job they did. The inside and outside was shiny with detailing. It was one of the best job I have seen for the money spent! One thing I do have to mention is the freshener I chose was bit too strong. So, if you are very sensitive about the car scent, just say no to it. Other than that, job well done! How can you not love a place where the manager greets each and every car with a smile? - Car washes start at $8.95, and this is all anyone really needs. For this price, they'll hand wash your car, vacumn the inside, and wax your wheels. Your car looks new when they're done. They work with a lot of care here, as evidenced by the guy who was washing my car. He noticed the water around the trunk area wasn't getting completely dried, so he actually popped open the trunk to dry off the edges. There's a nice patio area where customers can sit and keep an eye on their car, or just grab some snacks and chill in the breeze. ETA: The manager will always ask if you want the more expensive $24.95 car wash, but you can just feel free to say no. I tried the $24.95 wash once, and there's really no difference between the $8.95 and the $24.95. The only noticeable addition is the air freshner they spray inside your car. read more

They're a basic car wash that's priced about right, I usually pay an extra $5 for tire dressing but the basic wash at 12.99 comes with it, score! My car was super clean inside and out, I was very impressed. I'll have to go a few more times to make sure they're really that good or I came on a good day. Yes, $8.95 gets you the regulario car wash which is ok for most people who don't mind a machine washing their car. But for $13.95 you can get a hand wash which I think is not a bad deal and is what I get everytime. They also have a never-ending $25 hand wash / quick hand wax special- a good deal as well, which I'll do every now and then. They're pretty quick and do a decent job overall. There's plenty of shade in their waiting area and some limited reading material which usually consists of apartment/rental guides and things of that such. Sometimes they have Nightguide magazine which I like to browse through while I'm waiting and check out pics of local d-bags and d-bagettes who've been ho-ing up the scene recently. A while back, I used to be a regular here because they did a great job at cleaning my car. However, I recently came here to get a basic wash because there was so much bird poop and dust on my car. When I first got there, they kept pushing me to get a more pricy package. Then when my car was supposedly done, I saw that about 3/4th of the bird poop was not properly removed and the dust was not attended to towards the bottom of my car... Stopped here because my car needed a wash, and i purchased their special wash with wax for $29.99. I used their yelp discount ($2). The owner was nice, but the wash was awful. They washed it well, but for wax, they didnt wipe enough and there were swirl marks all over. I had to wax it again to remove the swirls. If I had to do it again, why did I even pay 27 for this...? And the back window inside wasnt even cleaned. I mean, if this work costs 29, I can do this myself. Maybe they need more people working for waxing part. Anyways, I wont comeback. First of all I never spend my time writing reviews, much less negative reviews, but I have to put this place on blast! I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS CROOKED CARWASH! I highly advise you to avoid this place at ALL cost! I foolishly upgraded to the $25 wax job only to find that after 45 minutes my car not only had a splotchy sorry excuse for a wax job, but they also broke part of my car's V6 emblem off!! Seriously!? Wow this place is truly awesome! The staff, Adam, Raul, & Eddie (just to name a few) were super accommodating and friendly! I unfortunately spilled oil on my seats that day and had some other stains and they were able to shampoo them all out!!! I could not be happier with how my car looks now :) They also threw in an exterior wash.
