I should've listened to other Yelper's who said this car wash is always broken because...I arrived and it was out of service. Why is it so hard to find a reliable touchless car wash? This car wash is great for a quick wash when a bird decides to use your car as a toilet. Touchless is what makes it amazing. No brushes to scratch up your car. I don't know how people can take their cars to those places. If you check in on yelp, you get $2 off making their best car wash only $10. The car wash itself is a great concept and great price. But the ice cream machine at McDonald's works more often than this car wash. Every time I need a wash, I pull up to see those orange cones blocking the entrance. Also they don't prorate your monthly rate even though it's rarely open. First time trying this location.. I was very excited to try the touch-less car wash. My car has ceramic coating need the touch-less wash. I purchased the monthly membership $24.00 ready for positive results. Love the process but the rinse did. Dose not rinse app the product of completely. On a dark car it's very noticeable. Spot free water left spots. Bummed I will try another location to give it another try for a more positive results to keep my membership. read more

Horrible experience! Very unreliable business- I paid for membership just to pull up and find the place closed on the regular basis- pretty much in 80% of time causing me major irritation, time, and money. I was patient for few months- when the spot is open it's not bad- that's why I got the membership in the first place, but because it is extremely unreliable I am canceling my membership and will be looking for refund. Save yourself the trouble and money and take your car somewhere else. Not all laserwash touchless car washes are the same. I've been taking my car to a nearby laserwash about a mile away and thought since this place uses the same equipment the wash would be comparable. A few things I've noticed compared to the other place is that this place is $2 higher for their basic wash, uses less soap, water jets are not as strong, the rinse process is a joke and the drive through air dry leaves your car still wet no matter how slow you drive through it. The end result is a wet car with dirt dripping down all over the place. My car was barely dirty to start off with and I've brought my car in a lot dirtier to other laserwash car washes and left with a completely spotless car. read more

Went this morning and for an express carwash I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I usually refrain from going to express car washes, but I came across their site and thought this touch-less technology looked pretty cool so I tried it out. Wow this one worked great, it's touch-less so it doesn't scratch up the paint on your car. Second, the gas station deal is pretty neat too, they offer a deal where if you get a car wash they give you a break on the gas price. Unfortunately they don't offer memberships, but they said they'd be rolling them out soon, def looking forward to becoming a regular. read more

My car was pretty dirty so I figured one pass through any drive-through wash was probably not going to get everything off, and I turned out to be right. Having said that, this was a reasonable car wash for the price point--I particularly liked not having to run my car into the rails/track like in regular washes, as I never relish the horrible squealing that tells me I'm probably gouging up my tires by not knowing where I'm supposed to be driving. The colored lights and foam are fun, as is the idea that the whole thing is done "by LASERS" as the guy inside told me. The water doesn't seem to hit every aspect as my side-view mirrors were more or less untouched, but it does a decent job getting the loose dirt off; anything you would have to scrub at is, understandably, still there. The only negatives I found were that the back of the car was kind of sketchily covered--it didn't dry at all (possibly my fault for not moving through the dryer part fast enough--I didn't notice there was a countdown clock until some time passed) and the bumper, after I opened the back door, was still covered with soap and had some dirt streaks. The vacuum time is a little short as with the included one token I was able to get to the four seats but not the back. All in all, not bad for the price, particularly if you're more diligent about keeping your car relatively clean than I am. read more

It was better than expected. I took my new Macan to a regular car wash before, but I noticed some minor scratches on my car after it went through the machine. Even though I didn't have to do anything, but those minor scratches worried me a bit. That is not an issue at this car wash! This new technology does not have any brushes that would touch my car. It's true I need to wipe down the back of my car since the dryer doesn't dry the back too well, but it was worth it - just a minor workout. I went to the cashier and checked in at Yelp. I like this Carwash. I think it's nice that there's no brushes or anything spinning that touches your car. It won't ruin your paint job from what I know. However if you want the cleanest wash possible it's good to go get a hand wash. In terms of automatic car washes I would say this is the best option. The downside is that they only have one vacuum from what I saw and they give you a token to use it for 4 minutes. I had to go to another Carwash to vacuum my car. They lost a star for that. Several months ago, they had an offer to have 30 carwashes per month allotted to you for just $25. That was a great offer, as a lot of other gas stations were having this offer as well, so they were being competitive. Never had any issues for several months, until last week. The cashier told me that I had to call the Gotcarwash company who set up the $25/mo offer with the owner of the gas station to help remedy the issue. They told me the issue would have been resolved the following day, which it did not, but I was given a complimentary car wash which was a nice gesture. I tried to get another one today, and was told to call the company again. The lady on the phone told me that they tried contacting the owner of this gas station and he hasn't gotten back to them, so I was SOL. She gave me a partial refund of my money payment and I immediately cancelled my membership here. When I first started getting washes here, everything was great. Then the quality of the wash started to be less than great. This is for the premium wash, their highest quality wash offered. - 1st phase used to be 2 passes of foam, now it's one pass of water, then foam. - 2nd phase is tri-color foam with a thick coat, it eventually turned into 2 colors, then 3 colors but heavily diluted, to save money. Beyond these 2 issues, nothing changed during the process. When I was helped by the owner (smaller gentleman) at the checkout, he would always print out a ticket for the express wash, which is lower than the premium that I paid for. I have probably had 1/4 ratio of express to premium, which I found to be shady. I would look elsewhere if you're looking to have a touchless wash done to your vehicle, there are other higher quality car washes nearby that will not dilute their formula to make a buck. I will no longer be going here for any gas purchases either. read more

Let me preface this by saying I don't usually go to gas station car washes due to previous bad experiences (bristles scratching paint, clumps of wax sticking to my paint). That being said, Smart Point is completely different from these other car washes and are definitely on another level. I drive a car lowered on coilovers, and while I'm not slammed to the ground or stanced/tucked with negative camber like some people, my car is low enough that I needed to get my fenders rolled as the fender of my car was touching my tire's sidewall. The underside of my car is about 1-2 inches off the ground. Additionally, I have aftermarket rims where the lip of the wheel stick out and are prone to curb rashing. This means most of your traditional drive thru car washes aren't an option for me, as the metal rails they use to guide your car through the was will scrape the underside of my car as well as scratch up my rims. Been having to wash my car at home or take it to a place that manually washes your car by hand. Smart Point doesn't have any of these issues, as there are no rails that can scratch your rims or damage your car. You can pay either at the gas station (Chevron) register or at a touch screen machine before you enter the car wash. After, you drive into the washing bay, where water jets will shoot water upward to clean the underside of your car. In the bay itself, an L-shaped arm will spray water, soap, etc. on your car and will circle your car multiple times to ensure full coverage and gets rinsed off with a similar mechanism. Lastly, as you drive out of the bay, there are multiple jets that blow air on your car to dry it. While the jets don't completely get all the small droplets of water off your car, the water they use leaves no spots as they dry, which is a nice touch. During the entire car wash, no machinery makes physical contact with your car, meaning no swirl marks! Total wash takes about 5 minutes, so you're in and out quickly. A few friends of mine had written "Wash me" on my trunk lid due to how dirty my car was, and after washing, I can still faintly see the writing if I look at the right angle. However, due to Smart Point being the only drive through car wash in the area that is lowered friendly and them using a touchless system that doesn't leave swirl-marks and water spots, I give them 5 stars without hesitation. They also offer memberships as well (talk to the cashier inside the gas station) where you can pay a monthly rate of $15-$25 (depending on the tier of car wash) and get unlimited car washes. Will definitely come back again, highly recommend ESPECIALLY if you drive a lowered car like me! read more

There aren't many no touch car washes in the area but to find a good one is difficult. This one is located at a Chevron gas station. I usually hand wash my own car. But with no touch, I don't have to worry about any scratches or dents, as with regular car washes. The express and premium options washes the undercarriage of the car too, which is not provided at most other car washes. I like how the rinse washes the front of my car twice. The coating is pretty even throughout. It's only $12 for premium and yelp check in gives you $4 off any car wash! Now that is a steal! read more

This car wash is a touch less car wash so you don't have to worry about it ruining your paint with micro scratches or all the smacking the other car washes do, I tried it and now I have the monthly membership because I likes it that much, I always hand wash because I don't trust others or regular car washes to be nice to my paint but I wanted to try it and I love it, I parked under a sappy tree and I had to wash it quickly so I came here and was super happy with the results, paint looks great and it was way quicker than a proper hand wash, so yeah, if you care about your paint, I recommend this thing for sure. read more

Such an efficient car wash. I drive a car that's really low to the ground, and it's really difficult to find a place where I can wash my car without scratching my bottom fender or spending $30 and above. Prices are $6,$10,$12 which are super fair. Do not come and expect a top of the line wash, in the end of the day it does a great job for what it is, as an Express wash. In my opinion, just always stuck with the $12 Premium. Bathrooms are super clean and the staff is SUPER friendly. Thanks for the great experience, I'll be back! read more
