I took my car for detail service last week, paid $169 plus tips. I was extremely disappointed with quality of the detail, worker said car was not waxed but the person in charge said it was waxed. Car was not washed and cleaned properly. I took my car to another location paid $50 with better service. I had to argue with the person to come to an agreement that the service not to my satisfaction and he said for me to go back and he will wax the outside for me I do not feel going back to this location! read more

I've been coming here for decades and even met Tommy Lasorda here (he used to get his car washed here before he passed). This place has always been the best until ownership changed in the mid-2010s but looks like they're back on their game. They hand washed my car and thoroughly cleaned my car for $25. I actually took my wife's Tesla to sunny hills car wash (my wife's go to place) today as well and it is still dirty inside and out (I have to clean it myself later today). I am beyond pissed off with this service. $40 down the drain. I took my brand new car to get a fresh wash since it has been raining since I got it and I can tell you right now my car was better off cleaning itself. They did such a lackluster job for leaving it there for an hour. And worse of all they left a mark on my front fender. I take it back to explain there error and the guy didn't want to take any responsibly. All he did was clean up the mark a little bit, but my car still wasn't as clean as it should have been. I've been taking my car here for years and feel that they always do a good job. I was surprised to see a lot of bad reviews and it seems like a lot of ppl are expecting a full detail service out of a standard wash...I personally expect my car to come back much cleaner than when it went in, but not spotless, brand spanking new. That extra cleaning for every last bit of dust, dirt, marks takes extra time so naturally would cost extra money. Have reasonable expectations. If you want your car detailed, then you need to ask for that. read more

I was the only customer when I arrived an hour before their closing on Sunday. This usually makes me uncomfortable and makes me leave but they greeted me with welcoming gesture and big smiles. At the end of the service I was notified that I got extra treatment at no charge. Christian was nice and did a great job. I wish their success and longevity in their business. read more

This place used to be my favorite car wash spot few years back. I don't really know what's going on but the guy at the vacuum area giving you a ticket being very aggressive and rude. But guys in the cashier always being nice. Today I came here again since covid19 happened. And reminded me of all the same thing from back in the days. I've been here a few times now and all the workers are friendly and do a decent job. The only time I was a bit disappointed was when I came to get my car waxed. I usually wax my car at home (had a smaller then) but decided to have it done by someone else since the weather was so hot but my car did not feel smooth; there were a lot of rough patches. Besides that one experience, the regular car washes are pretty good here. They also have a royalty stamp card here. If you come on a Wednesday, it's double stamps :) (11th wash is free!). FYI, if you have drive an SUV, they charge you $2 more but if check-in on Yelp and you will get $2 off :). read more

Nah, I really wanted this place to be good since I live 5 min away but they didn't even clean it good. I got the Diamond so that I could get the wax and so my car can look somewhat shiny. And so that they could take their time and really clean it. 30 min later they hand me the keys... There was still bird poop on it. It was a waste of money. Same quality as a gas station car wash. Owner is super nice. He's very generous. I've seen him give free drinks to kids and I know the parents appreciated because it made their little ones sit down to enjoy their juice. Prices are fair. His employees are very nice too and they work to make sure your car is clean. Washing cars is not easy especially on hot days. So be nice and be generous with your tip. read more

1. Pulled up not knowing who worked there. Employees are wearing Street clothes so they don't stand out. 2. After leaving my truck to begin vacuuming, walked inside to pay but nobody was around to take my money. Waited a few min before I walked outside to wait for my truck. 3. While I was sitting in waiting area, I smelled smoke. Turned around and yep, the "owner" and possibly son were BOTH smoking cigarettes a few feet away from me. Zero shame or more importantly, 0 professionalism. 4. After moving away from them, a homeless lady walks up to me out of nowhere and asks if she can borrow my phone to make a phone call. Told her, NO. She continued to walk around premises. 5. "Homeless" lady is now arguing w/ 1 of the workers who's drying/cleaning car. I can clearly hear the worker telling to "Fuck off" in Spanish. What the hell is going on here! 6. Another car is parked in front of me now and is blocking my view of her. After that car is moved, I can now see this "homeless" woman w/ a towel in her hand, helping clean the car with the worker! So bizarre! 7. After helping worker clean car she walks away to buy a corn on the cob from a street vendor. She's now walking around the car wash like she owns it eating her corn. 8. The "owner" and possibly son are on cigarette #2 now while I'm there. Simply disgusting and unprofessional. It's really unfortunate because the guy that cleaned my truck did a really good job but I will not be returning because the "owner" should have a little more pride and professionalism to run a business and not allow what I witnessed today. I am very picky when it comes to washing my car. This place is my favorite spot in this area. The workers are friendly and very detail when washing and drying your vehicle. The prices are also reasonable for the performance they do. They offer detail services wuth fair prices. You definitely get your moneys worth and will leave the driveway with a shiney and spotless vehicle. They cater to your vehicle as if it is their own. If you have special instructions on what you want done to your vehicle, they will respect your wishes and do as you instruct. You will not be disappointed! They also have a nice and shaded waiting area where you can keep an eye on your vehicle. If you get hungry, there are some nearby food spots that you can walk to while waiting. read more

First time here and I was not satisfied after I left. Outside: car got a good wash on the outside 4/5. There were some spots where a quick wipe down after the wash could have cleared some dirt. Inside: very disappointed on the interior. The rear trunk space still had some dirt that was not vacuumed up and it wasn't really messy to begin with. The part that was really bad was the back seat. I unhooked my daughters car seat (seat belt, anchors and tether) and pushed it away from its normal spot and in between "seats" it was not moved during the interior vacuum and was dirty under it. Very easy to push the seat over vacuum then move it back. Inside was a 2/5. There vacuum must not be good at all as there is still not clean. Overall 3/5, they were nice and quick but the quick part may have been the issue. Based on this experience I would not recommend this car wash place. read more

Worst carwash EVER! After waiting for about 40-60 minutes I'd think they can at least wipe the obvious down. Yes I did get the cheapest wash but really??? It wasn't even as dirty i had gone on a trip so I wanted them to get the mosquitoes off the front windshield. But inside it seems as they did NOTHING! They even charged me more because its an SUV which I agreed. I also asked if they were going to vacuum the back seats and said yes but obviously they didnt. If you're going to charge extra can you at least do the job right. I didnt bring it up because I had 2 toddlers and was not able to wait another hour for them to TRY again. Well if you are trying to get your car washed at 5pm on a Friday don't come here. I showed up at 5:10 knowing there were limited options at this time but this place says they close at 6, so I figured that's plenty of time before closing, but they still turned me away. No customer service ofcourse, not going here ever again. It's just annoying to drive somewhere when they advertise they are open and you get turned away by a guy sitting on a couch where you pull your car in. Updated review* 3-27-15. So me and my co workers have been coming more recently and noticed new people and some things have changed.. (not for the good) For example: now when you roll up to get ur ticket there's a guy named Ali who try's to sell you on getting some armor-all shine stuff and sure ask but the last three times I've come he's always very pushy and when I explained to him that I had tried it before and had not liked it because it left my interior extremely greasy and my co workers had the same experience only hers was way worse to have to actually go back for them to wipe it down. I don't mind the asking but when a customer politely says no thank you that doesn't mean to keep pushing almost to the point where I had to tell him like 5 times NO I don't want the armor all in my car... I see him do the same thing to others as well..not professional at all. I love the convenience of the location and I do like the job the workers do but first impression is everything and I will say they keep that guy around they will lose business for sure. read more

It took about 10 minutes or so, and they're very thorough. I went for the bronze wash for $12.99 and I was satisfied with that. They vacuum, wash, dry, polish, ect. They need to use a little less of that polish stuff on the dashboard and parts on the inside, because I didn't really like the greasy feeling of it after. Worst car wash ever and I got suckered into their wash and wax special of 50% off. So I paid $25 for a wash and wax when all I really wanted was to have my car washed and vacuumed well since I have dog hair in the back seat. I was assured the dog hair would come out and I agreed to the "special" mistakenly believing they'd do a better job if I paid more. Well, I came back after the 45 minutes only to find that my windows were crappy - was told I needed a special cleaner to remove the water stains and smudges, yet I easily wiped a small area clean with my shirt sleeve. They put armor all over dirty tires - dirt that was easily removed with a swipe of my finger. Dog hair still in my back seat. And the wax job was a joke...obvious spots where they missed the car entirely. After arguing with the manager and washers for at least 15 mins., who all insisted my car was "clean" despite my showing them the easily removed dirty spots, all I got was a coupon for $8.95. A lot of good that'll do me since I will NEVER go back to a place that does mediocre work and has crappy customer service! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star :| read more

As I pulled up, immediately I was approached by a man who wanted to know which type of wash I was choosing. I ultimately chose the $24.99 Diamond special because my car really needed a wash .... BAD. Since this was my first time here, when i went inside to pay, the manager/ or owner informed me about their loyalty program and other discounts. He was very polite and informative. The wash I chose took about 30 mins. The man wiping down my car did an awesome job. He really took his time which I was pleased to see. It's definitely worth spending every dollar here, also well worth upgrading to there diamond special :) Came here once again to get my BMW X5 washed. I was the only person here on a Sunday morning--should have been clue #1. Clue #2 was that the car wash itself was not on. There was a man there to fix something but they said that nothing was broke. It took Forever for my car to come through the carwash--aworker had "handwashed" it before coming through--there was no soap bubbles, etc--just water on the ground. I don't think my car was waxed either. Oh--was charged a extra $5 ($30 total) b/c I have a small suv. This took approx 45 minutes--again, no one else there. When done and I got in my car, I noticed there was not even any air freshener. I went back to tell the guy--he came back ready to spray what looked like something from a perfume bottle--no thanks. The service is horrendous, and they broke apart off of my car in the carwash, and I had to go back so they could find it, then the guy told me to tape the part to my car. I then asked about the water spots that had been left on my car and he said: "The car needed more than a wash to remove the water spots." I spoke to my neighbor about the awful service, and he related his visit to the establishment along with the poor treatment and service he was provided. He also told me the location was under new management; then I understood the reason for the awful service. Good Friendly neighborhood car wash. Car was a good 96%. Lil things, like the inside of the windshield looked horrible and the armor all that was spread uneven on the door panels.
