Am extremely disappointed with the entire practice today! Have been going here since 1998 for yearly appointments and medications. I called to schedule a medicine check as my prescriptions are running out with no refills. Am due for my yearly and was going to schedule that appointment as well. Sat on hold for 21 minutes with no interaction with a human; listened to the dumb recording for over 20 minutes. Guess its time to move on. read more

This is literally the worst doctor I had to deal with in the last 20 years, Dr. Daniels. I continued to see him over the past years for routine yearly appointments and sick visits. When the time came to when I was having a major medical issue the man literally does nothing. Immediately it's... he can't help, go see a specialist. Anytime you go to see him he is in and out as fast as he can, ignores what you are telling him or is dismissive. Comes in talks to you, listens to your chest with a stethoscope and then boom, out. Terrible patient / doctor interaction. Always thought it was just a one off thing, nope it's every time. I had to essentially argue for him to repeat testing, that states all over online recommends that this occurs. Avoid this Doctor and this practice at all costs. Just a terrible experience having to argue, plead, just to advocate for myself. read more

Been coming here for 5 years at least. Never have i ever been seen within 45 mins of my appointment time. And is very typically more than an hour. Staff seems nice enough but no real personal connection or experience to speak of. Very cold and mechanical experience. And i have to plan on 2 hrs min for a doctor's visit. No consideration for people's time. Oh and walls between exam rooms have no insulation so plan on the patients waiting their 1 hr + hearing everything discussed with and about you and you hearing all about them. Good stuff! read more

Absolutely horrible experience with this particular office. The office canceled my annual appointments several times and have not offered any equal rescheduling options. I had to give them one star because that is the least available. These people, the staff, especially the nurse that I worked with - are the worst. They suddenly discontinue their practicing doctor (the one I was consulting) and when I ran out of medication, and I called them for a Dr.s appt, they informed me that my doctor is not available indefinitely. They did not communicate about the unavailability of the doctor anytime before. When I asked for another doctor's appointment they gave a date one month out, when I asked for a refill to last until my appointment, the nurse said I could go without medication. I had been through several serious health issues in the last few years, and going without medication is not an option. The nurse cut me off even as I was on phone, then I called the receptionist, she cut off as well. Later, after my wife spoke the nurse returned the call saying they are giving temporary refill, but she was rebuking me saying 'don't talk to me like that', while she was the one that was not hearing me in the first place and cut me off. Dr. Aggrawal is always caring and very attentive. I have been coming here for a number of years now and have not been disappointed. They are very flexible with their appointments and they are always very accommodating! There is an emergency number for after hours in case of emergency. read more

Dr. Daniels is the WORST doctor! He will see you in the office for maybe five minutes and then on to the next patient. If you may try to contact him through the patient portal for help, good luck! Neither he nor his nurse will help you unless you come into the office. I've requested simple things from him while out of town during COVID and he refused to help and he was my primary care for years. I don't know why I stayed so long, so many other doctors seem to actually care about me, they don't just want me to come in and pay for an office visit. Worst experience ever! Have been a patient of Dr. Akbars for several years but she refused to see me today even though I had made the appointment 5 days ago, telling them all of my symptoms. Fifteen minutes before my appointment time, they call me and say she won't see me and I have to go to extended care place. I'm ten minutes away from her office, having driven almost an hour already, so I go there anyway. She refused to see me! I said I did not have Covid. Apparently that doesn't matter. Their office will refuse seeing a sick patient who has been with the practice for ten years or more! Stay away!!! read more

I had my first appointment here recently and I wasn't even able to be seen. I had cold symptoms and gotten a negative covid test a few days before. Because my symptoms were still around they were unable to see me. I understand the worry, but with proof of my negative results shown, the doctor wouldn't even see me, a sick patient. I've had reasonably good experiences here until today. Office opened at 8am I call at 8:02 and explain I have symptoms of a UTI, no appointments with my primary avail, nurse will call me back shortly because I just need a urinalysis and meds, confirmed my pharmacy. I call back 4 hours later because I hadn't gotten a call back, receptionist tells me "shortly" again and when I question what that means "between 24 and 48 hours" have they ever had a UTI?!?! Nurse does call back 2 hours after that-- tells me without an appointment I can't leave a urine sample but I can go to their extended care office 20+ minutes away and wait for who knows how long to be seen there. If that is their protocol, then there's no reason not to tell me when I call at 8am. Instead, I waited for a call back which didn't occur until 2.5 hours after their extended care opened. Glad I had the foresight to book a minute clinic appointment early but this seriously makes me reconsider who I trust with my healthcare. Be honest, be transparent, don't give sick people misleading or incomplete information. read more

My doctor had to leave the room to look something up on the internet during my appointment. She didn't know any technical turns, stumbled through directing my what to do to give my urine sample, and didn't even know what CDC stood for! I had to tell a nurse that I was supposed to be getting blood work...she didn't even know. Such an incompetent group. I won't be back. read more

My recent visits have been appalling. In my experience you will not be called back for up to 45 minutes. You will then wait to see your doctor for at least another 30 minutes. Your doctor will then talk down to you as she reads from her tablet, rather than taking the time to listen to your symptoms and work with you to find a solution. The front office staff are badly trained and do not follow basic procedures. If this is the experience you want from your physician, you'll be very happy here. First time patient. Specifically asked for first appointment I could get in the morning. I showed up 30 minutes early. Even not counting the time I arrived early I wanted 1.5 hours. I asked for an update and was told I was the next patient. After another 35 minutes of this I left without being seen. I was fasting due to a blood draw they knew about and was getting hungry and lightheaded. I saw a number of people waiting and not being seen. I will never return to him or this practice. These doctors are unprofessional and unreliable. I went here twice and now I will be searching for a new primary healthcare provider. They prescribed me medication that I told them I was allergic to, the doctor seemed uneducated and didn't know what to do or say, and I waited over an hour to be seen. Many of their doctors went to bottom-tier medical schools, so it makes sense that I have had such terrible experiences here. read more

I have been a patient here for 5-6 years and have been basically pleased. Yes, the waits have gotten longer but I guess I would have stuck with them. However, recently, an apparent lack of concern for my well-being has convinced me to find another primary care physician. It's a long story: about 4 years ago, I had a minor skin wound, obviously I did not treat it correctly, and I wound up in the hospital for a week with a serious infection that settled in a knee replacement (the infected (Right )knee was not the site of the wound, which was on my left hand. Recently, I had a fall and got abrasions on knees, elbows and hand. Nothing serious but in light of my history, I wanted to be safe. We treated the sites and I called Commonwealth to ask if I needed to do more. After three calls and 5 hours, I got no response. Finally, after asking to speak with the office manager, I talked to a nurse who told me that the doctor said, if you see signs of infection, come in! I informed her that the last time, 4 hours after I "saw signs of infections" , I was in the hospital. I called back today and after 12 minutes, got the office manager again, seeking some a assurance for better response in the future. I did not get it. read more

I made an appointment to get a dermatologist referral and a new prescription because I had a bad reaction to a previous prescription. The same prescription I had the bad reaction to was called in and they forgot to submit the referral so when I showed up to my specialist appointment they had me sign a waiver that I would be responsible for the full amount if the referral did not come soon. When I called to ask about what happened with the referral I was on hold for over 30 min before anyone picked up the phone. The receptionist was rude and defensive and told me I asked for a referral incorrectly. I left a message for the office manager and she didn't call me back so I called her back. She was almost completely quiet on the phone and I had to keep asking her questions and if I had done anything wrong. It is painfully obvious nothing is going to improve with the type of staff they have here. I did enjoy the Dr. I met with and she was very nice and attentive. Just wish there had been some follow through on the things I needed. I'm a brand new patient and I had hoped this practice would be a good fit, but the only two things I've needed so far have been messed up. read more
