This was a difficult key to be remade, since was broken, and hard to find one that matches it. He needed a little more time. This was Saturday. Today Monday, I went back, and was helped by another gentleman, I believe his name was Eli. He helped me tremendously, and pretty much did the impossible, and I walked out with my replacement wheel lock cover key working. $5 dollars was the cost. If I could give them a million stars I would. I called all over Las Vegas, more than 20 places. Liberty lock was the only that helped me. I am really stunned by this company. Go! You will not regret. The service has been excellent from the top down in their company. The owners of the company are hands-on both with their employees and customers (they came to our home to personally help assess the urgent water heater leak debacle), and they are excellent in communicating status updates and following up on their work with a clear dedication to customer satisfaction. Their techs are talented with diverse skills, friendly, great multi-taskers, and are happy with their management (always a good sign). Shout-outs to Andrew and Francisco among others. Valley One has helped us through a difficult time since we moved into a new rental home that had a large number of failed pre-rental inspection items that were not being addressed in a timely manner until the Valley One team became involved. This was one of the most aggressive and intimidating driving experiences I've had. The driver repeatedly held the horn while we were stopped at a red light--not just once, but through three separate red lights. Honking doesn't change the fact that a red light is red, and there was nowhere for anyone to go. Later, when I slowed for a yellow light because traffic was already backed up and there was no room to safely complete a left turn without blocking the intersection, the driver immediately started laying on the horn again as if I was supposed to drive into stopped traffic. I chose to drive safely instead of creating an even more dangerous situation. For nearly the entire drive, the driver tailgated me so closely that it felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. Following another vehicle at such a close distance leaves little room to react if traffic suddenly stops and puts everyone on the road at greater risk. I tried calling the company to report what happened, but no one answered. If this is how their vehicles are being driven, I hope they're made aware of it and take it seriously. Professional drivers should be setting an example by driving with patience and respect for everyone else on the road, not aggressively pressuring other motorists to ignore traffic conditions or traffic laws. I'm sharing this because I think other drivers in Las Vegas should be aware of this behavior and because no one should feel pressured or intimidated for driving safely.

When we moved to Las Vegas we feared another long painful experience with contractors that way over promise fall short. We interviewed at least 10 companies. They ranged from low ballers that just want your money to big companies that you are one of many on their schedule. We went with Terra Mia because the owner came and went through our "small" project of a tweak to a bathroom for my elderly parents moving in a few months and a gut renovation on the primary bathroom. He was the only person to be honest with us to what needed to be done to do the job right. He also committed to a very aggressive timeframe to make sure it was done before my parents moved in. The pricing was very fair. Based on the other estimates it was on the top end of the bids but based on our experiences with home remodeling the lower priced bids usually cost much more in the long run. During the process we decided to gut the kitchen, and redo the HVAC system as well. Again Terra Mia promised to added 2 major projects to this already aggressive timeframe. The results: AMAZING!!! Everyone that worked on our home was knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home like they were working on their own. Every project has hiccups. The Real tell of a good contractor is how they manage them to ensure the client is satisfied and informed. This is definitely a strength with Terra Mia. We had very definite designs in mind Terra Mia was able to make our vision a reality. This was done by working with us to discuss functionality, technical issues, and find creative ways to deliver on time and on budget. We appreciate the honesty, the follow up, and the professionalism of everyone who was involved in our project's.

But I just realized this company doesn't deserve a 5-star review. They messed up my water temperature during the renovation. They used Preferred Plumbing. Do not trust them with any plumbing work. Since the renovation, I never had cold water in my shower again. Water comes out hot, to the point that it's burning sometimes. Also, I contacted the owner about almost 2 months ago about my grout looking ugly, and he never responded. I've paid them so much money. I don't deserve this kind of customer service. I'm filing a complaint to the BBB and NV Contractors Board about Terra Mia and Preferred Plumbing.

Here's what I liked: David answered my phone call himself and performed the repair the same day. *He communicated clearly. *He came when his help was needed, not days later. *He arrived within the time window specified. *He was well-mannered and personable. *He knew exactly what he was doing, and was obviously capable and knowledgeable. *He examined the garage door opening system, and told me plainly that nothing else was wrong and that no other work was needed, engaging in none of the upselling we all detest. *He clearly presented the available options. After David was done, the door was exceptionally well-balanced and is now working more smoothly and quietly than it ever has before. I couldn't have been more pleased with David's work. Within a week I had his detailed line item estimate in hand with a very fair price to go with it. Being that this was our second vacation home that we have remodeled remotely, we knew exactly what we wanted regarding quality, customer service, and what would fit our budget. Mahesh and his crew certainly fit that bill perfectly. Our project included everything from ceramic floor and accent wall tiling, to bathroom/shower remodeling, to an extensive bedroom/loft conversion, and we couldn't be more thrilled with how it all turned out.
