Our experience with Valley One Maintenance has been outstanding from the beginning, with home maintenance repairs and tasks from major (water heater leaks starting to flood garage) to minor (fixing toilet leaks, faucet leaks, repairing wall damage, garage sensors etc.). The service has been excellent from the top down in their company. The owners of the company are hands-on both with their employees and customers (they came to our home to personally help assess the urgent water heater leak debacle), and they are excellent in communicating status updates and following up on their work with a clear dedication to customer satisfaction. Their techs are talented with diverse skills, friendly, great multi-taskers, and are happy with their management (always a good sign). Shout-outs to Andrew and Francisco among others. Valley One has helped us through a difficult time since we moved into a new rental home that had a large number of failed pre-rental inspection items that were not being addressed in a timely manner until the Valley One team became involved. Las Vegas drivers deserve to know about my experience with the driver of the big white dually truck displaying the license plate "VALLEY1." This was one of the most aggressive and intimidating driving experiences I've had. The driver repeatedly held the horn while we were stopped at a red light--not just once, but through three separate red lights. Honking doesn't change the fact that a red light is red, and there was nowhere for anyone to go. Later, when I slowed for a yellow light because traffic was already backed up and there was no room to safely complete a left turn without blocking the intersection, the driver immediately started laying on the horn again as if I was supposed to drive into stopped traffic. I chose to drive safely instead of creating an even more dangerous situation. For nearly the entire drive, the driver tailgated me so closely that it felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. Following another vehicle at such a close distance leaves little room to react if traffic suddenly stops and puts everyone on the road at greater risk. I tried calling the company to report what happened, but no one answered. If this is how their vehicles are being driven, I hope they're made aware of it and take it seriously. Professional drivers should be setting an example by driving with patience and respect for everyone else on the road, not aggressively pressuring other motorists to ignore traffic conditions or traffic laws. I'm sharing this because I think other drivers in Las Vegas should be aware of this behavior and because no one should feel pressured or intimidated for driving safely. read more

Had an issue at our new house with the irrigation valve outside overflowing with water. Thankfully Valley One Maintenance called us back to schedule service. The lady on the phone was so helpful and patient. The communication is great from this company, they texted us several times to confirm and let us know when the service tech was on the way, and even when they arrived. A couple days later we were greeted by Chris who was more than happy to fix our problem. We were given a window from 7am-11am and thankfully Chris arrived around 7:20am and was done in less than an hour. He explained everything thoroughly and how to prevent this issue in the future. I'm a renter and the owner of the home went with this company. They did not confirm with me an appointment time and date. I opened my door to 2 men outside the house. I then talked to someone in the office and they pressured me to allow the men to finish the job, even after I advised them I had really bad anxiety and I was the only one home. This female from the office apologized that Ebonie was new and she would talk to her. I advise the 2 men that they could finish the job. They ended up getting called off by the company. For even more of lack of communication I had to email his company to see if they work was done or not. Ebonie responded but I did not want to go back and forth so I called the office and I was granted with attitude and lies. She had advised me that she spoke to me and I told them to leave. I then asked if that's what the men said she stated they don't talk to the men because that would be gossip. I then asked for another crew could come and finish I was told no and they would just come out, I asked if I could call back and then called the owner of the rental. But this time the owner Christy was on the line with them as well. I agreed to allow them to come back today 9/6 to finish the job. After I placed a review the owner then called me and pressured me to remove my review. Offered me gift cards and or dinner I kept declined. She then went on about how she understands anxiety and she would talk to Ebonie and she said she was sorry. Played the in a woman and I own this company. After 20 minutes of me declining her offer so I would take the review down the call ended. Today yelp flagged my original review so I'm writing another one as yelp advised- with more information. Our property management company had them come out for our garage door opener remotes not programming properl. they were able to come the next morning between 8-11, the tech was here right at 8. he was very professional and friendly, attempte to program the remotes as well as new ones and when they didn't work he went and got a new garage door opener. he was able to get it installed, made everything look nice and clean with the wiring and cleaned up after the job was done. Unprofessional is the best compliment I can offer. A small patch of rug under my bathroom door was sticking up. They told me it was going to take 2 days to fix. On day one they replaced the tack strip, but not before creating a huge mess which they didn't bother to clean up afterwards. Dirt, wood, and pieces of carpet were scattered everywhere on my bathroom floor. I didn't care too much because the rest of the work would be finished later. Still, it was unprofessional, and I should have seen the writing on the wall. We scheduled the follow-up for the following Monday. I happened to be on vacation during this time. I had family I had not seen in a while visiting me, and having to wait at my house for this repair was eating up a huge chunk of my family time. I had to put my plans on hold for that day to be home for the repairs, only for them to cancel about 45 minutes before the scheduled time. Thankfully they had the courtesy to call me and inform me they weren't going to show up. We rescheduled for the following day. Yet again, I put another huge chunk of my day on hold for this repair. 15 minutes pass, then 30. I finally called an hour after they were supposed to show. Like deja vu, they told me there was another emergency and they can't come today. When asked why they didn't call me about this, they told me they were too busy to call. Now at this point, I no longer wanted to risk my time waiting for these people. Nor did I want to schedule appointments that they will not show up for, or have the courtesy to call if unable to show. I didn't schedule a follow-up. At this point, I am not angry with the company for wasting my time. I was simply no longer willing to gamble my time with them. They proceed to call me for not wishing to do business with them, and how they were the ones who were in fact going out of their way to accommodate me. This was not a pleasant phone call, as the person on the other line was extremely rude with how she spoke to me. This company's lack of professionalism is my warning to everyone who is thinking of hiring this company. Perhaps they are somewhat decent at their job, but whether or not you want to gamble your time with them as I have, I leave up to you. read more

I had a great experience with Valley One Maintenance! From the first to the second visit, the technicians went above and beyond their duties. Andrew came the first day, fixing a lot of the minor repairs when we moved into our new home. He also helped me to carry my washer/dryer and hook them up. Christopher (Chris) came the second time around, touching up the rest of the paint and chopping a dead tree in the yard down. In addition to our repair requests, Chris also noticed some issues with our water heater and fixed it on sight, tightening up some pipes and going the extra mile.
