The cortado was ver nice, with minimal paper cup flavor. It was smooth with a roasted flavor, and a nice, creamy viscosity. A pretty good, respectable cortado. The Tres Leches cold brew reminds me of merienda with my family in Brownsville, despite us usually not having cold coffee - haha. But the flavors were delicious. The coffee was strong, but still had that "flavored latte" taste I tend to enjoy on a hot day. That tres leches foam is truly a delight. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here every day they're open. However, now that I know that they're really good, I may have to make some frequent stops.

(He said vanilla syrup for a touch of sweetness, and I think they also added extra earl grey syrup, which they make themselves!) And you know what? It tasted exactly like fruity pebbles! Weird, but cool! I also ordered the cortado, and it came in a tiny cup. Adorable. It was delicious and was just the right viscosity, not watery. It was the definition of Tiny but Mighty.
