I visited this AT&T location while traveling in Las Vegas after my work phone unexpectedly stopped…read moreworking the same day I was scheduled to fly home. After spending hours trying to resolve the issue with Verizon, I decided to switch carriers and completed an online order with AT&T for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, my experience began very poorly. Upon arrival, I was assigned to Tehani. From the start, she was dismissive, impatient, and seemed irritated that I was asking questions about my order. As a new customer preparing to purchase a brand-new phone and switch service after nearly 19 years with Verizon, I expected basic customer service and professionalism. When I tried to explain the information I had received from AT&T's online and phone representatives, I was repeatedly told, with noticeable attitude, that "online, over the phone, and in-store are all different" and that what I had been told elsewhere "didn't matter." When I asked reasonable questions about pricing differences and promotions, she rolled her eyes and stated, "I'm just going to email it to you. You can interpret it however you want." Rather than helping me understand my options, she made me feel like an inconvenience. She was unwilling to answer questions, interrupted repeatedly, and showed little interest in assisting a prospective customer. Eventually, her computer froze, and I decided I was no longer comfortable continuing the transaction with her. I requested another representative, even if it meant starting over and waiting longer. Thankfully, I was then assisted by Dylan, and the difference was night and day. Dylan was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He listened to my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. During the transaction, we discovered that my number had been incorrectly ported by Tehani, creating an issue that could have left me without access to my longtime phone number. Dylan immediately took ownership of the problem, contacted the appropriate teams, and worked diligently to get everything corrected. Despite inheriting a complicated situation, Dylan resolved the issue and completed my transaction efficiently. He turned what had been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had into one of the best. AT&T should be grateful to have employees like Dylan representing the company. His professionalism, patience, and customer-first attitude are exactly what customers expect when making a major purchase. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Tehani. If my experience with her had been my only interaction, I would have walked out and remained with another carrier. Thank you, Dylan, for salvaging what started as an incredibly frustrating experience. You deserve raise!

So you know what everyone dealing with them that is more than F***ing frustrated! with Cox do get name badges get confirmation numbers and do know they "keep notes" on what they wish to say regarding the situation so you do the same :) ask for a "recap" on agreement go as far as even asking to see the profile if you go to actual location and if you choose to go by their word expect you may get disappointed after. For example the notes when I called the number of the main actual co. you will find on your bill they noted: I declined tech insurance well NO! the employee never mentioned anything about an tech fee so I was charged $100 for a tech coming out. I followed all the directions on the phone I watched the tech I did everything as I was directed to do by phone so yup games! they could have tuned it on that day but why should they when playing dumb is best and charging me $100 for 5 min of a tech coming out is best? Also do know when you call the number from your previous bill they quote different price points then when you actually go to the store nothing is consistent! so you know what since they wasted my time I think people should know get details don't EVER! take any employees word for it at the end of they day they or course are suppose to smile and be nice they just want to get through the day and sugar coat you. They are two stars for a reason :)

Working with Erik turned our 1 star review into 5 stars with his incredible customer service and…read morehelp with resolving our account creation issues. Back in October 2025, we transferred to Verizon from another carrier and traded in our phones during the account setup process. We were told to expect a specific amount for our devices and promotional gift cards for being new customers. (This all happened at a different Verizon location.) For some reason, there were issues with receiving the full compensation credit for our trade-in and our gift cards. The Verizon folks we were initially working with at the other location couldn't seem to track where the credit and gift cards went. It was at this point Erik took over our account and made it his mission to get us a resolution. From end of November to end of December 2025, he contacted customer service multiple times on our behalf to track down our missing credit balance. He proactively communicated the progress being made and consistently followed up with us to make sure we really got the credits and the promotional gift cards. While the initial signup was rocky, working with Erik re-instated our confidence in Verizon. He made sure we were heard and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

I'm reviewing this location because of Sergio. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sergio and…read moreready to assist. I was checking out different iPhones because I was thinking of upgrading. I asked him so many questions and he answered politely on each of them and gave me honest answers and not feeling forceful to upgrade. If you are looking to upgrade and go this location--ask for Sergio! The store is organized. Parking could be hectic due to location is next to Marshall's.
