    I had to get my online account fixed and went to the store. There was a waitlist that you sign so you are seen first come first serve. The staff were doing the best they could to help everyone. There are so many options for cable and internet. I know sometimes people do not understand all the ins and outs, but I witnessed the staff doing their best to explain. I recommend going here if you're having issues with your internet I have to say Samantha was very helpful to me and was very knowledgeable about my issue. Turns out the people on the phone put my number wrong on my account and I was unable to access it.

    Attached are the pics of the installation and damage to my house exterior. My neighbor has Cox, and the installation is flawless. Please advise if you need anything further, I'm greatly disappointed in the service and disposition. I also want to explain the router is placed outside in my garage. The technician claimed, even thought we have the home wired inside; "I can't install it in the home, I don't know why it's not working".

    They are sooo slow horrible customer service they take forever to help u they wasted an hr of my life go to a different location.

    Service tech no good and do not professional job ..! No good over all ..! Not clean job and the cable run not organized..!

They were very friendly and helpful. She was very enthusiastic and eager to assist and guide me without showing any impatience or rushing to attend to other customers.     5 stars were given solely on the service I received today from Marqueal…read more I called at 10:02 a little after the store opened, I didn't get the persons name who answered but she set the tone. I asked if they any 16 Pros and stock, after being placed on hold she stated yes. I said I'd be there in 30 minutes. She then stated we only have a limited amounts of the phone.. I then reminded I said I'd be there in 30 minutes. She said I can't guarantee they'll be here. I showed up to the store at 10:37. I didn't like the tone or sense of urgency of the employee. That was the drive time it would take and I couldn't get in any faster. One conversation and expressing my frustration Marqueal said I'll handle this for you! He took time helping me through the app to order a new phone, he was even able to up sale me on merchandise that I other wise would've got off of Amazon. He step up my other phone and transferred all my information over to my new phone. He was such a breeze to work with, he was knowledgeable and had answers to all of questions and concerns. I'm still considering transferring service providers but at the moment I am satisfied with the my customer service.
