Here is why I will not do business with this Bank: This bank charges $5 to cash a check drawn at their bank if you are not a customer. While this IS a legal practice, it is despicable to me that I should have to PAY to receive money owed to me...especially when the bank's customer has already PAID for the "privilege" of being a customer. If this bank did not charge a fee to cash my check, I would have opened an account with them because I am looking for a local bank. But I know that I can expect this bank to fee me to death like so many banks are doing. Let me be clear, folks. Don't believe the hype. Banks are not TOO BIG to FAIL.. Even though I was given information about my mom's bank account today they will not stop the transactions being made with the expired card unless I drive my mother who is on Hospice 5 hrs to see them in person. Please talk to your parents and have things in writing so you don't have to deal with this stuff while you're going through dealing with losing a parent too.

Cindy told my mom to stop "writing bad checks and she wouldn't overdraw" while in front of other customers, as well as making another teller cry in front of my mom. Not sure why they'd keep a teller around that's okay with making a customer feel this way.
