I've been to this restaurant about five times now and have never had a bad meal. The menu is eclectic but filling. Great southern food with Louisiana flair and Americana twists. Came here many times while out here on business. They have a ton of indoor seating as well as a bar section with a band on certain days. The food is delicious and their staff is very polite. I'm liking the downtown vibe in Dublin. This spot is a great addition... Exposed brick, farm house feel, and an open full bar!!! I was impressed with the local beer selections (well Macon)... We decided to sit at the bar, because they have a TV and the game was playing! Bret was our waiter, and provided good customer service... We didn't need recommendations, because I found this place on Yelp under "New & Hot" locations... The star of the restaurant is the rotisserie chicken!!! Great taste & flavor! Awesome interior. My daughter had the crawfish pasta bienville it was okay. It was missing something, not sure what. But, it needed a kick of something. She asked me what...my personal opinion, herbs...thyme, oregano and basil...possibly. I will go back. I will order something else. By the way, We both shared an appetizer, the crawfish boudin. It was good. I had the big easy for my main dish. It was good. Had a sauce that was simple...but, a nice surprise. I also had the Mac n cheese. My daughter did not like it. She says it was not baked and was missing the crust. I personally liked it. We had a nice mother and daughter putting and I enjoyed the atmosphere with the interior to thank and staff. We were able to get excellent parking and the price was not half bad. I will definitely go back and I will try something new each time. I would not mind trying next time the salmon pontchartrain. We don't live in Dublin so we have only been there three times while in town for business. A very attractive menu and enjoyed our first two visits. The last time was on MLK holiday and I can only hope they had a one time glitch in the kitchen. Had a drink while waiting an hour for our meal. We saw the other tables waiting also. The burgers were improperly cooked and the bananas foster was not cooked properly as well. The waitress though sensing the tension in the room was fantastic. Having been in the restaurant business before I know about bad days. This won't deter us from returning so hopefully we can have a more positive review. read more

If this review were for the fried green tomato appetizer only there would be at least a few more stars on this review. So, if you do stop by I can wholeheartedly recommend this app. The problem came my entree came out. I ordered the Big Easy Burger that had garlic aioli, fried crawfish, jalapenos, and cheese sauce along with other typical burger components. While this sounds like a delightful combination of flavors, I could only taste one of them. The cheese sauce. In hindsight, I'm not sure why cheese sauce was an ingredient at all since I don't recall that being a staple of the creole kitchen. As it turns out the jalapenos were also fried and so had very little flavor. There was no spice, there was nothing but cheese. My suggestion to better this dish would be to ditch the cheese and focus on the creole component. Don't fry the jalapenos and play up the Cajun seasoning on the cawfish. That is a burger I could love. Now lets talk about sides. I can't put my finger on why the garlic french green beans weren't very good, but I couldn't eat them. I'm usually not hard to please so that's saying something. We ordered the macaroni and cheese because our waiter said that it was SO good we just HAD to try it. If it hadn't had such high praise it might have been better. It had a light creamy flavor that was good, but not fantastic. It might just be that I prefer more a country style mac n' cheese so I won't say anything against it except that it didn't wow me. All in all, I would give this place another chance. I can't give it more stars based on what I ordered, but I will concede that this place has potential. Perhaps I just didn't pick the best thing on the menu. I had the pork tenderloin grillades and crawfish over cheese grits finished with just the right amount of Cajun seasoning and a white wine sauce. The combination of multiple layers of flavor was perfection. I paired the smaller lunch size portion with an appetizer of sweet potato waffle fries drizzled with a apple chipotle bbq sauce, chunks of blue cheese and scallions. Stopped here on the way from San Francisco to my parents' house. I was amazed!!! This place could fit in with some of the finest restaurants in Napa and Sonoma. I was in Dublin for a work week and in my opinion, Company Supply should be your first and last stop while in the area. I visited three times during my work week and each time, the food was on point. As a born and raised Louisianan, I often am critical of places that advertise Louisiana based cuisine because it's no comparison to the food back home. But, after my second visit, I wasn't surprised to here that the owner was also a Louisianan. It was obvious through the food. The crawfish etouffee taste like it came right out a cast iron pot, fresh seasonings cooked down to perfection. The grilled oysters were shucked clean with an assortment of topping to choose. This restaurant seemed filled with locals enjoying lunch. I had the gumbo - delicious- and chicken salad sandwich. In town on business , was told this was the number one place to eat. From the moment I walked in there was an odd feeling. I tried not to think about it by putting it on myself as an out of towner! Was told the waIt would be 20 minutes which with plenty of open tables ended up being 30 minutes. Drinks and appetizer came quickly, however no plates to share with. Waitress never checked on us to see how things were. An hour later the waitress finally acknowledged that we were still sitting with no food. She offered to check on it but could not tell us what had happened just offered a free appetizer which we already had one. 30 minutes later dinner was finally served. Food was good but at this point I was disinterested. Free dessert was brought out but again really just wanted to go back to the hotel. Customer service was horrible. A manager or higher level staff member never came to apologize. Efforts were not really made to rectify the issue. I would have fathered taken my food to go on the house and just left. The waitress stated "I hope you all come back" no one in my group responded. Needless to say we were very disappointed. read more

I love Company Supply! We stopped here to and from evacuating for Irma. We sat outside both times because of our fur friend and it was such a lovely day. Our waitress, Laura was awesome and on top of things. Between the two times that we were here, almost everything was delicious. We had the seafood nachos and which were recommended to us. I enjoyed them, but the second time had the chicken nachos, and I enjoyed those much more. My SO had the shrimp and crawfish po-boy the first time and he loved it. I ordered a bunch of sides including the bean cake, mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, and asparagus. I could do without the bean cake and mashed potatoes, but the fries and asparagus were delicious. We also had a side of fried crawfish, which was scrumptious. The second time I ordered the shrimp and crawfish etoufee. I was told it came with grits, but mine came out with rice. I was looking for the waitress to let her know, but saw the owner instead. He informed me that the menu had recently changed and he apologized. He had the kitchen remake it with the grits and pack up the original to take home. I was so appreciative of the service recovery. The second time it came out quickly and correctly. My honey ordered the crab cake dish. It was delicious, but he didn't realize he ordered the lunch size so it was a little small for a guy with a large appetite. We ordered two sides of fried crawfish. They have this really good creamy horseradish sauce that I enjoyed dipping the crawfish in. We wanted to order desert but we were stuffed by the end. Great location love the brick interior! We ordered a cup of chicken and corn chowder, an oyster appetizer, shrimp and grits and the fire roasted beef sandwich. My soup came first and it was delicious then our entrees can no appetizer so we ask them to cancel it. The entrees were good just not very heat hot. While we were waiting on our check the busboy came and ask if we were having dessert because the hostess wanted to make a reservation for our table. No we were not having dessert but HOW RUDE. Hubs got chicken and waffles. He says it was delicious. The kids ate the mini burgers and fries no prob.
