Traveling for business and the restaurant was recommended by colleagues. Ordered filet and smashed potatoes. The food was good, doesn't deserve great as a description. Portions were small; enough for lunch, but I did not expect the protein being the size of a half deck of cards. The best part of the meal was a house made vinaigrette of bacon and mustard for the salad. Service was good and establishment was very clean. If you don't mind the seating being very close to other customers it is a good atmosphere. Personally, I like a little bit more privacy. First time eating here. The turn of the century industrial theme is well done in a minimalist fashion. But forget the ambiance, the food is great. The crawfish, pork, and grits were perfect. The roux had just the right heat and texture. The cheese grits just the right consistency. I will certainly be back for this dish again. My wife had a fantastic chicken dish. The desert were large and tasty. The Company Supply is a needed addition to the Dublin resturant scene. Keep coming back trying different dishes - nothing disappoints. Everything has been great. Sitting in my favorite restaurant right now... and freezing! Everyone in the restaurant has their coat or winter vest on while they eat. And it's 47 degrees outside! Cold air is blowing out vents! I know the servers probably like it, but hard on the paying customers. My husband has to eat with his hat on - which he finds rude in public - because his bald head is ice cold! Pleasantly surprised when we walked into the Company Supply Rotisserie Gastropub...it has a simple, rustic, cozy atmosphere that we felt very comfortable in. Menu had a lot of choices, from salads to sandwiches to full plates. We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were really unique and delicious - they had an Asian orange/ sweet pepper-type sauce, topped with goat cheese and a nice breading - really unique and savory combination. I had the pulled chicken plate with the mashed sweet potatoes and garlic green beans. Green beans were perfectly cooked - with a little crunch, just the way I like them! Mashed sweet potatoes were nice and subtly sweet with a hint of cinnamon - very good, just wished they were a little hotter. The chicken was very tender, be sure to get one of their fun sauces when ordering, the chicken is left plain for you to choose! Had the apple butter bbq sauce on the side and really enjoyed it. My husband had the Asian Something salad (no, I didn't forget, I think that's exactly what it's called!) He added salmon that was cooked with some subtle seasoning and was a nice touch to the greens, cabbage, shredded cucumbers, and fruit in the salad. We ended with the sweet potato cheese cake. I misunderstand the "nutty topping" as an actual nut topping but it was more like a whipped layer that had a great texture but tasted like hazelnuts, which is a no-no for me. Scraped it off and my husband just had extra with his share! The rest of the cheese cake was delicious. We came on a Sunday - they ARE open (although the bar side with a big bar and band stage was closed.) Hope they fix their hours on Yelp to help lucky folks like us find them on Sundays in Dublin. Well we come from CA and we visit Dublin because we have family here and we frequent this place because of the chefs fabulous menu. This reminds me of one of the Beverly Hill restaurants I frequent. The people are nice Lisa our waitress is amazing. She remembered our drinks and everything. The food is awesome fried oysters, shrimp and grits, catfish, sea bass wow! and the chicken dishes you have to try. This is our go to place when we come here. I love the atmosphere. Unfortunately, a five-star system is a bit skewed in the grand scheme of portraying a restaurant / business. I honestly feel like a three-star review would entertain the concept that it's just a fine place to eat. Fine, meaning it's generally always okay. Comparing a two-star review to a Subway or McDonald's compared to a two-star review with a local medium to high end restaurant does not compare, at all. A two-star review a McDonald's does not come close 2 comparing a two-star review to a local medium high-end restaurant. But, Yelp gives me no other choice. Service was okay from the bar... But just okay. Was not busy, and three people were behind the bar... But very unattentive unless you were an obvious known to them. I asked several questions about the menu, and they did not know. I was recommended the rotisserie, which I was happy to choose from, because slow roasted meat in a quality restaurant is always a good choice. Note my pictures. I received a plate of Deli shaved pork meat. Approximately 2 sandwiches worth. Unseasoned... And nothing about it seemed like a slow cooked rotisserie Quality Meat. My sides were asparagus and fried spinach. The fried spinach was very tasty... But served in a large sauce Bowl which made it very difficult to eat. And the asparagus... Was also served in a large sauce Bowl... Which made it an absurd vegetable to cut in a small bowl where it was sticking out of both sides... Again, refer to images. I feel like this restaurant has a lot to offer, but apparently the kitchen and the staff don't. I did not care for my beer... But the beer was brewed from an outside source. I did not care for my dinner... Which was prepared and the same building as me. This single meal, plus one beer, cost almost $30. It was literally a plate of piled sandwich meat, and two vegetables that were ridiculously difficult to eat, plus one craft beer. $30... Not, at all, worth it. read more

Amazing menu! Welcomed as soon as we walked in by warm smiles and greetings. Accommodated our kitten as we traveled for the evacuation of hurricane Irma. Our waitress brought out water and a snack for our cat. The overall atmosphere and food was delicious. A nice southern feel and the taste to back it up. If you're stopping by I'd definitely recommend trying this place. The only problem you'll have is deciding what to eat. read more

Delicious food and excellent service. It was our first visit to Company Supply. We went with friends who live in the area. Even though we did not make reservations and it was a busy Friday night, we were seated within a reasonable time. I had the Shrimp & Grits which was delicious. Others had Rotisserie Chicken Nachos which was good but wish there was a little more chicken included, Sesame Tuna which was delicious and Pasta Bienville which was also very good. Desserts we enjoyed were Bourbon Pecan Pie and Sweet Potato Cheesecake which I'd like to know how to make at home! Desserts were scrumptious. One of the first things you learn to cook is a burger...Our family was extremely disappointed with the burgers, medium is not well done. And wow, the driest burgers we have ever tasted, regardless of how you order it cooked. A one dollar sports games burger in foil has more moisture then these. The environment and waitress were awesome. The service for our family however, was slow! The whole place (families arriving after us) ate before us and our order was nothing complex...required a low level of culinary skill. Have to pass in the future, hopefully this helps management course correct the burgers and family orders. read more

Have traveled to Dublin many times, but happened on this gem on a recent trip. Excellent food and excellent service in a super cute downtown space. Bread was amazing. Red beans and rice were delicious and Grillards were to die for...seriously. Cool bar on the side which would've been fun to hang for a while, but we're limited on time. My burger was amazing...then I tried my wife's duroc pork and regretted not getting it. Although my burger was very good, and I was stuffed when I tried it: that pork was cooked to perfection. The waiter was also very knowledgeable on the menu and the manager even stopped by to talk to us about our meal. Add those to the surprise that I was given a discount for being in the military and I will be stopping at Company Supply again and plan on making it a regular stop. read more

We had a very good meal here. There were some hiccups though and we tried to take them in stride as it had been a long day and the last day of a nice trip to GA then to SC and back to GA. To start-what's the deal with seating people very close to other people when the restaurant is half full. That was a bit annoying. Oh yeah, the music was a bit loud and while the music was good (and I know it fit the theme of the restaurant) it was more for a bar (at that volume esp) so much that we almost left as soon as we got there. I assumed the next track would be more mellow, and it was...only to have a very similar louder/wilder track moments after that. Anyway, we had a long day so maybe that's a little on us. Service - Felicia, our server - was a little aloof. Maybe a tough day? She didn't introduce herself. Kinda off-putting for a nice place and the place is nice. Food - By and large this was one of the best restaurants we have been to in a long time and that includes some Southern gems like Husk. The fried green tomatoes were insanely good. I should have just had a 2nd plate of those. The goat cheese / marmalade = wowzer!!! Almost everything was a 7/10 or better. Unfortunately a lot of things were cool or cold. The food was so good though, I'd come back and send it back if it came cold again. Ultimately we forgave what lacked, because we loved the food and while we can be less than pleased with something, when you make good food, we tend to be forgiving. Wish they could iron these things out. This seems like a big city restaurant in a small town and killing it. 3.5/5 but rounded up on the basis of the interesting menu/good food! This is a five star restaurant in all aspects. I have never left a review for anything but this has to be the best restaurant in town. I went here with a small group and everything we had was amazing. From the incredibly extensive beer list and cocktails to the fried green tomatoes and spinach artichoke dip appetizers. The catfish perdue was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and the crawfish etoufee and cheesy grits were probably the best I've had. Get the sweet potato cheesecake for dessert; just do it! This had everything we look for in a restaurant. Interesting dishes for me to try, "normal" food options for my picky husband, great service, upscale dining without being pretentious or overpriced. My delta chicken was amazing--great seasoning and slightly crispy from the grill with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and goat cheese on perfectly seasoned garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. My husband's favorite was the cup of gumbo with sausage and chicken, he said he'd come back sometime just to eat a big ol' bowl. He also loved his pulled chicken and mashed potatoes, but the cheese grits were just ok. Service and value are great! Believe me when I say this...from my heart...that the chicken and waffles here was one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. Chicken was moist, batter was crispy, waffle was perfect and syrup was something I'd drink straight. Sweet potato fries were probably the best I have had. First off, they were WAFFLE sweet potato fries, which was unique. And crispy. My favorite...no one likes a sloppy woppy fry. Christian, our server, was perfection. And actually, the whole service team ran like a well oiled machine. Each of them kind, courteous and acting like a team. They heard our table talking about the menu and how we couldn't decide what to get and took time out to interject and provide guidance before we ordered. The atmosphere definitely delighted me compared to what I was expecting from a smaller town compared to Chicago. It was on point - exposed brick, wooden benches, rustic decorations and a full blown bar (too bad we were here for lunch or else I'd have asked if they had local spirits).
