Beautiful beach view right from the privacy of your balcony!

This is an amazing property! So well maintained, right on the beach, assigned parking in a covered gated garage!! Wonderful pools and hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball courts, so close to everything in Destin! We LOVED unit West 1403!! Freshly updated 3 bedroom 3 bath...spacious, clean and welcoming!! Cant wait to go again!!

This place was GREAT!!! Very clean, perfect location, nice and modern! Comfy beds. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning and watched a beautiful sunset each evening. Well stocked with items needed for the kitchen and for cleaning. They allowed you to make payments so you're not breaking the bank at one time. Will definitely be back.

West tower. Great property. More rules than Del Boca Vista.

West tower. Great property. More rules than Del Boca Vista. After 4 days of throwing balls in the pool the Condo association president must have called the help to shut that down. Morty for President! Actually it's a very nice resort. Each condo is individually owned but ours was great. Recently redone. Facilities were very well maintained. We will be back for sure. Just make sure you read all 100 rules before you even think about stepping outside.

Loved it. The staff was friendly, along with everyone I ran into there. The rooms were very spacious and the master bathroom was huge!! The condo is located on the beach with direct access to the beautiful white sandy beach. Balcony offered a great view to take it all in. A great place to come come back to while already exploring beautiful Destin, FL. I'll be back next year for sure

My favorite hotel in Destin without question. This hotel has great rooms, large pools, and an organized layout on the beach. With a single key fob, you can navigate yourself throughout the building with ease. Perhaps what I love most about Silver Beach is that, despite the overwhelming amount of people who visit Destin, this hotel stays relatively quiet. Silver Beach has a nice parking garage, large units, and free wifi (always convenient!).

This is our fourth year staying at Silver Beach Towers and it keeps getting better with each stay. A family oriented resort with great accommodations. A special shout out to Costa Verde Beach Service -they made the beach more enjoyable by providing great friendly service and the new water sports additions was loved by everyone. We purchased the Premium Watersports Package and it was great!

Silver Beach Towers, by far, is my favorite place to book when staying in Destin. Service? Top notch. Rooms? Comfortable. View? Fabulous. The beds are comfy, which is a huge plus. I actually love the layout of the complex, it's very well laid out. Also we never had any issues in regard to the elevator situation, you know usually how much of a hassle it is on busy holidays. Service here was very on-point, any concerns we had regarding our needs and room were addressed promptly. The pool here is also fabulous as well, if you're not feeling salt water. We booked through Compass Resort and our room was fully furnished and spotless. I mean, it was pristine. I highly recommend you book through them.

As a family, we have been vacationing on the Gulf for over 10 years at upscale to moderately expensive resorts. Silver Beach Towers has been an incredible experience. Due to recent VRBO scams, we rented directly through Compass Resorts. Their process is very easy and reliable and we found the sales staff very helpful. Check in was flawless and the fastest I have ever experienced at any resort. In less than 15 minutes, from the time we pulled into the resort, we were stepping into our condo. The condo is centrally located with a stop light right at the road into the complex. This is important because the road is very busy and you want to be able to easily make a right or left out of the complex. Parking at the condo is assigned, so that is not an issue. There is also ample additional parking. The complex itself is very well laid out. We did a lot of vacationing at, for example, places like the Beach Club in Gulf Shores, and the elevator situation was an absolute nightmare by comparison. During our entire stay thus far (we are halfway through our stay), we never had to wait on an elevator. In fact, it was a rare experience to even have to share the elevator. Total time from our condo to stepping on the beach? Less than five minutes. About three minutes to the pool and two minutes to the parking garage. Our condo itself was immaculate. Note, the condo we stayed in was managed by Compass Resorts. However, it was very clear to us that the owner took great pride of ownership. All electronics worked perfectly, there was surround sound throughout condo and on balcony, three flat screen TV's, modern new furniture, excess quality bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, bottled water, etc.... I am a fanatic about cleanliness and look at a number of items to assess cleanliness, including baseboards. The boards were spotless, even in the corners. It is clear to me the cleaning /servicing company they use takes their job seriously. Even after a military type inspection, I could find no fault with the condo. A note on security: This condo does not mess around with security. It is clear they do not want to become another Panama City Beach, which I will never go back to again. There are security cameras throughout the resort including inside elevators and at the pool. Compass Resorts also staff's the facility 24 hours a day and the staff subtly patrols the grounds and take their job seriously. They inspect balconies regularly (from the ground), are constantly cleaning, help guide visitors, and ensure rules are followed (such as pool closing at 10pm and smoking is only done in designated areas). The resort uses an RFID key Fob system and wristband for access to parking, garage, building, pool, and even the private beach. If you do not belong in the resort, you will have a hard time getting in. I appreciate this level of security. However, if you want to drink and get rowdy or have kids that you choose not to control, this is probably not the place for you. The resort has two of the cleanest pools and hot tubs I have ever used. There was never any garbage in the pool area. The pool and beach entrance are equipped with showering areas and everything always worked perfectly. A common grilling area with gas fired outdoor grills is provided and pretty good, with a seating area. Bottom line, Destin Florida is now our favorite Gulf Destination stop and we will be back to Silver Beach Towers. This location, perhaps due to price, seems to attract a different type of crowd than Panama City Beach. Once again, if you are the type of crowd that intends to get rowdy, not follow rules, or otherwise intends on tearing the place up, this place is not for you. Also, if there is any underage drinking, they will evict your group immediately.

This is a very nice place to stay in Destin, the view of the gulf is amazing! The unit we stayed in was very nice, the gated and covered parking was a nice touch.

When we arrived, no one asked us if we needed help with our luggage. We made our way to the Presidential Suite and it was filthy. The room size was massive but they clearly never cleaned it well. The couches and carpet all stained, the vents had 1 inch layers of dust all over, the fan was covered in dust balls and dust layers, some vents were falling out of the ceiling with no screws, the tile floor cracked, carpet has nails popping through and there is dirt and dust all over the floors from not being vacuumed or cleaned. There was also a huge roach on the floor which didn't add for an additional touch. It's Florida so I'm trying to be accepting of palmetto roaches but it wasn't cool finding that on your already filthy $1000 room floor. We were incredibly disappointed. For over $1000 this is not what we expected. We did share this with management and our next two nights we were supposed to stay in the queen room, was then adjusted to the king room. While the king room was definitely much cleaner, this room was also hundreds of dollars less in value. It's just very disappointing to pay over $1000 to have a room you can't sit on the couch, or walk the floors without your feet covered. Aside from the room, we also had a pretty awful breakfast experience. Eggs cold, and my husband's avacado toast was missing the egg. We sent it back and it was fixed but that lost our trust in the restaurant so we ate out instead. Our experience with the rental chairs on the beach was not good the first day either. The guy told us there were chairs set up, we walked over and there wasn't. He didn't offer to add anymore, so my husband put ours out for us. We really felt they lacked the customer service feature here. This place lacked the prestige we hoped for and we decided we wouldn't return here again. While the sunset and sunrise are just breathtaking, the hospitality and attention to detail here is lacking and not for us at this price. It seems people have been coming here for so many years they have blinders up and are missing how much is falling through the cracks or even noticing any issue. We would not stay here again and definitely do not believe 4 stars is a true depiction of this place, it could use work and improvements.

We were even allowed to check in a little earlier as our room was ready. We had room 207. Room: we had a two bedroom. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. We had a partial view of the ocean. Our room was equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, TV, a coffee maker with coffee. The refrigerator worked well. We also had an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom: clean and spacious. Water pressure was great. We always had hot water. The toiletries in the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The body wash was empty. I did ask for it to be replaced twice and it never happened The pool: plenty of lounge chairs, but not as much shade. If you want pool towels, you can get them from the front desk. You do need your key to go in and out. The pool was nice, but full of children. Breakfast: continental breakfast with hot and cold items. You can get waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and protein. Cold items included yogurt and cereal. They had fruits, toast and bagels. The beach is a five minute walk from the hotel. There's also a walkable restaurant nearby called the back porch. Housekeeping does not come every day unless you request it. Check out was easy. We did ask for a late check out and were able to stay till 1230. Everyone that we encountered was nice and friendly.
