I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about.
