Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. After this experience, I highly recommend Evolution Motorsports for high-quality PPF and professional installation. I'll also be adding before-and-after pictures so you can see the quality of their work.

Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward

Their prices are fair and they do good work. I was very happy with the service and the place is ever so clean and pretty. The photo I took is not of my care, I just like the sign. They have made this place really nice. The staff is great. They know what they are doing and they pay attention to what you want. I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. They also do car raps and I am pondering that, but need to save a little to pay for it. We have 3 cars and then their is my daughter's car. We could not have been happier with the service and the proper tinting.

I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

"World famous?" The name alone should have been a red flag for the sheer ego running this place…read more I was looking to have some extensive work done on my '99 4Runner Limited. Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

However when I got there, he quoted me $240 because he had to install a custom bracket for the rear camera. (The custom bracket was just a piece of plastic taped to the rear headrest.) I did not have much time so I agreed to do it. A couple months later, the dash cam stopped working. When I contacted him regarding the issue, he quoted me $80 for a diagnostics fee. I actually followed Cris over from his previous shop, Bravo Tint, because I knew the level of quality and attention to detail he brings, and this experience just confirmed I made the right call. I went with IRX tint, 15% all around and Air 80 on the windshield, and the results are incredible. The heat rejection is noticeable right away, glare is reduced, and the overall driving experience is much more comfortable with the added privacy. The install is flawless, no bubbles, no dust, perfectly cut and filed edges. Everything looks factory, if not better. It's clear these guys take their time and care about doing things the right way. When it comes to pricing, the value you get here really stands out. Between the high-end IRX film, the quality of the workmanship, and the overall experience, it's worth every dollar. On top of that, it's backed by a lifetime warranty, so you know it's made to last. The whole process was smooth and professional. They took the time to explain the different tint and film options, helped me choose the right setup, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without any pressure. Big thank you to Cris, Steve, and Calvin for the awesome job. Great people, great work, and a shop you can trust. I posted before and after photos, and the transformation speaks for itself. Definitely worth it. If you're thinking about tint, 6autosound is the place to get it done. Highly recommended!!
