Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. So awhile back (June ish) I used Nick to check in on a refrigerator repair and he point out some…read morestuff quickly and had some solutions. During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). I'm happy with his response to the previous issue and quick turnaround time and will use him for quite a few other projects moving forward!

If you can get through to them they often will not have any idea what is happening. They held my vehicle for over a month with no real updates. Each fix seemed to make things worse. I would get new and different quotes for the same services depending on their mood. There is also at least one guy when I was there living in a van in the shop perennially smoking weed. I'm all for freedom but dude... this is a mechanic shop with dangerous tools and customer vehicles. They aren't insured and they aren't on BBB so there is little recourse outside of direct legal action so beware.

Well, he knew right away what to do and replaced the broken part within minutes!!!! All the while making me laugh and feel at ease! Such a funny guy! He no longer does mobile on-site repair these days since he got his shop but I think it is much better that way since he has all the tools that he needs right there to work in such a big shop for a speedy quality repair. He's done the full spectrum of upgrades and repairs for me over the years for really reasonable prices! I've gone to many other RV repair places in the past before him but never have they matched the level of knowledge, passion, quality repair work, service and reliability that continues to this day at the RV Repair guy shop in Long Beach with his team of mechanics! Their solar panel system installations seriously can't be matched in quality work, safety detail and design. These guys can do it all! Highly impressed with their pricing too! Nowadays it is getting increasingly difficult to find quality RV repair work these days with so many RV shops closing down but thankfully Martin and his team have been a great pillar of support to the RV community! I've referred him to every single Southern California RV owner I know and even though I moved away to San Diego, I don't mind at all driving up to his shop to get anything done from preventative maintenance, to repairs and upgrades! First was a broken weld on the leaf spring mount, 2nd time was 2 years later when they did a FULL suspension replacement at half the cost of what I was getting quotes for, and THEY came to ME!? Crazy! 3rd time I just needed help wiring some replacement taillights and he fixed it in minutes. Last time I had a broken retaining bolt for the right front leaf spring, so the axel was lose and would jackknife on itself if I backed up...he replaced it in less than an hour! He works a lot in remote areas (stranded RV's, broken trailers, etc) so he doesn't always have cell reception, but he always get back to you when he gets home!

On the first trailer he replaced all 4 electric brakes as one of my employees managed to fry all 4 including the electromagnets. This time he went through a used tilt bed I purchased that looked like it had hit everything but the lottery. He cut off the severely warped brake housings, re-fabricated and welded new ones on all while on site, he also replaced all of the wiring, break away brake module, welded on a new tongue jack and got all 4 brakes working. Both times, he showed up prepared with all of the parts and equipment he needed to do the job. I thought his price was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of work done. Highly recommended, will use again.

We purchased a used RV, first time owners, and came here for service on our 2022 Forester 2401 MBS…read more We did a lot at this first visit: 6 new tires, adjusted Slideout, reinforced the ladder, added another solar panel and new controller, resealed the roof, and a lot of miscellaneous items. We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging.
