So I took it in and had them change my oil, to the tune of $119 and check my brakes again. They told me they drove it no sounds and all looked good. I told them I was going to take it to the dealership and have them check it. I took it to the dealership and the man there showed me the grooves in the brake and the rust on the brake that he said was not typical for a brake less then a year old that is in a garage and not kept outside. I called Telle spoke with the manager and told him the man gave me his card from the dealership and told me he would talk to him. I set up an appointment for that Monday they said to bring at 7:30 would be done in less then one hour. I was called out of town and my husband took the car in for me. They made him wait over 4 hours, in the interim called and yelled at me saying all I wanted were new brakes. This was the manager then he slammed the phone hanging up on me. I am just astounded! PS He also added no warranty with new brakes and they are no longer squealing

Now, if a customer is not satisfied, he/she got up on the wrong side of the bed, is impatient, did not provide sufficient information or another issue was discovered during the initial repair. That last one cost me a tad but could have been a major expense if not fixed. Tim and I are of the same generation. He has maintained a fine business reputation. Should the day come for him to retire, I trust he will leave us regulars with equally conscientious ownership.
