We had the BEST experience here. We had an issue with the battery (or so we thought). They confirmed that...Andy had such awesome customer care. My husband wanted to put a specific battery in my car so he had it dropped off to Andy. They installed it for a very minimal fee and he had it up and running in no time. He also gave us our old battery back to ensure we were able to get credit on what appeared to be a bad battery still in warranty. He was extra concerned about getting me my car back as quickly as possible when he saw that I had two carseats in the backseat. He made absolute sure to get ahold of me and made it possible for me to pick up the car after hours. Andy and his crew went above and beyond. I wish I could go back and give them 0 stars. My car broke down two weeks after the repairs they did due to a faulty compressor that was installed by Compete Car Care. They knew I was driving my car back to Chicago and unfortunately, the car broke down in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico. I had to pay over $400 to get towed. Yes, Complete Car Care did pay for a new compressor to be installed after arguing with them for 2 days (while now paying additional hotel costs). What I am most disappointed about, is that they won't take responsibility for the faulty part that THEY installed and refuse to refund me the over $1,000 I paid them originally, not to mention the costs of the towing and expenses of having to wait to have my car repaired. Lou has refused to let me speak to the vendor who issued them the part and has also told me multiple times that I cannot talk to Andy, the owner. He told me he would let Andy know I called, but "don't expect a call back." I am BEYOND livid with this company and would never trust them again. Take your car elsewhere! UPDATE: Since I can't respond to Andy's reply... Andy, the fact is that you guys put in a bad compressor that caused my car to break down. Yes, I was shown by Lou that I had had front end damage under the bumper, but he never told me that it would impact the condenser nor did he suggest getting that replaced. I was at the Ford dealer when he spoke with them and he even told me he never mentioned the condenser being impacted by anything. I find it astounding that you haven't even addressed the way that he spoke to me and said I wouldn't be hearing from you. Which I haven't. I also asked for your supplier's information ( 1-800-Radiator) so that I could discuss with them the faulty piece they sold to you and was told that was impossible. The way you do business is shady and the fact that you won't own up to putting a bad part in my car is astounding. I would think you would want to take responsibility for that as it is your business and you would want to make things right. Apparently not. read more

Okay I don't know where to start. First off, Complete Car Care has provided the most pleasant automotive repair experience I've ever had. My ML 500 needed brake maintenance, my steering wheel was making a weird winding noise, my ESP wouldn't stop beeping, and the emergency brake light kept flashing even though it wasn't the emergency brake wasn't in use. I was greeted so nicely by their front desk receptionist and she thoroughly explained the maintenance to be done on my car. Looking at their nicely kept and organized assortment of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies, I made myself a cup of tea on their Keurig machine, grabbed a cookie and sat down to watch the food channel on their flat screen. I knew my car would take long and my phone battery might die and of course they have a phone charging station with every smart phone charger available as well as free wifi! Time flew by so fast and I kinda wished they had taken longer on my car because I was so comfortable. They fixed my car perfectly! It drove so much better, my ESP was fixed, no lights were flashing and my brakes felt like new! The service was extremely exceptional and their price for that brake job is 25% cheaper than the Mercedes dealer, so I saved hundreds of dollars! Went in because my abs light was coming on while driving. Also my car would fail to get out of park occasionally. Evan helped me at the counter. He was very friendly and explained that they would need to run 2 separate diagnostics to check for issues. Went home and got a call that only 1 diagnosis test was needed because the abs light was tied to my car not getting out of park. Evan explained my car would only be charged for one diagnosis.
