My brother's car broke down (yes, its a Ford ‍) coolant hose snapped while we were driving from California to Arkansas. Thankfully, we made it to Flagstaff and found Complete Car Care through Yelp. What a relief! Manny and his team may be a bit rough around the edges, but they really know their stuff. In a few hours, they replaced the coolant hose, added in an oil change, made sure the car was tip top and got us back on the road to Arkansas --all at a very affordable price. My son and his gf broke down, in the middle of the desert, in AZ on the Sunday night before Veteran's Day. We were able to get the car towed to CCC on Tuesday and Adam was able to take a look at the issue quickly, considering our unforeseen situation, and honestly assess the damage. Although the damage was irreparable, Adam and Matt were very understanding and helpful in offering connections to local folks who could further aid us in what needed to be done. Knowing we were not going to require their services, beyond their inspection of the car, they were very accommodating while we made final arrangements for the vehicle, which was so appreciated. We broke down about 40 miles north of Flagstaff on a road trip from Phoenix to Portland. It was a Saturday evening, the tow driver told us that CCC was open on Sunday, he dropped us at a hotel and took the van over. They called me before noon and told me what they thought it needed, but warned me that it was the first step. The engine sounded rough, they needed to replace the oil cooler (which was leaking coolant) and see what else was going on. Unfortunately they couldn't find the part on a Sunday. I was fearing the worst and tried to get my van towed back to town but I couldn't arrange it. We continued on with the trip in another vehicle and CCC agreed to hold my vehicle. When I figured out that I couldn't get a tow, I asked them to replace the part. During they week they were able to locate the part, quickly fixed the vehicle, and determined that nothing else was needed. We picked the van up the next week and drove it home. I would highly recommend this auto shop 100%. Unfortunately, traveling alone with furbabies, my vehicle overheated at 2am Sunday morning. Called for a tow and while waiting searched for a shop that was open on Sunday. I came across Complete Auto Care. Read good reviews and decided to go there. Travis greeted me even before he opened the shop doors at 8am. Told him the issue, but he couldn't promise anything until Monday because they were booked. He said he would get my info and take a look at it though. Long story short, they took my vehicle in the shop (even with some of my furbabies inside) and had no problem with it. Didn't have to wait too long. Travis told me they fixed my vehicle. I was back on the road with my furbabies at 10am. The last thing you want to encounter out of town on vacation is car problems. We were recommended here by NAPA Auto on a Saturday night, so first thing SUNDAY morning we arrive at the shop and were able to leave a few hours later. What surprised us the most is the HONEST billing for the service! I've been off my tools for years and expected the garage to notice my out of state plates to bill us 2-3 times as much! We were driving through flagstaff to get to Williams for the polar express with our kids. Our land cruiser started making weird rattling noises. They were the closest to get to so we went there. It was a late Sunday afternoon, and he seriously acted that we were such an inconvenience. Was NOT very helpful at all!!! He didn't even try to work with us.
