He kept interrupting her and wouldn't listen when she asked what the underlying issue was and cut her off and said no they just need to be replaced. He also said there wasn't an elderly woman there at the same time who left without her car because it wouldn't start. Yes, this happened in front of me and she was furious and I immediately decided I was hesitant about him and after his conversation with my mother by the car in front of me I knew for CERTAIN he would not be working on any vehicle we had. It's really not difficult to understand that if you're going to behave that way, you're probably going to get a bad review for it especially when someone drives up from Camp Verde and the simple answer to make sure that doesn't happen is to behave like a professional and not act that way in front of potential customers. My mother has a Toyota Sienna. I am in a Reddit group with lots of skiers, campers, and snowboarders that's over 300,000 strong and I was on the phone with one of them when this transpired at this shop. Everyone has bad days, but what really makes a difference is the amount of integrity a person has and whether or not they tell the truth when they're called out and that didn't happen here. The parking alone at this place was an absolute nightmare because it was on the corner and almost right at the light, but this refusal to take responsibility really makes a strong point here and it isn't good.

Our BMW broke down after 5pm on a Thursday, with a long drive home scheduled the next day. It seemed likely we'd be stuck all weekend waiting on a part. Instead, by Friday morning Tino had found the part in Tempe, arranged a courier, and had his team ready. By 4pm Friday, the car was fixed and running beautifully, and we were on the road home.

The website says, they work on diesel trucks. They have no…read moreclue about diesels. I will say, Drew the manager is cool, but that's where it stops. I had a fuel sending unit issue. It was a no start after unit replacement. I waited 4 WEEKS for them to fix the issue. They threw a parts cannon at it, changing ficm, icp, removing glow plugs, etc. said my rigid fuel line was leaking, never had an issue with that, and i never approved it, but charged me anyway. they did an OBD scan couldn't find the issue, then said they refuse to work on it. I had it towed to a diesel only shop, it was running in two days. Randy's charged me $800 for labor.(justify that) They were going to charge me $1000 for the unit. I bought the part for $190 and I was pressured to have it shipped overnight. $325 total. I could have saved $130 because it just sat for weeks. Basically I paid over $1000 for that experience, It STILL DIDN'T RUN. In total, $1600 total for a fuel sending unit and IPR sensor. By both shops.

Even after figuring out it was an unrelated problem, they took the time to bring me into the garage and show me what could be going wrong with my car(pictured), offered to help me even more for free, and checked my transmission fluid level. Logan was super helpful, and took the time to help me even in the middle of this insane drunk couple screaming and getting aggressive with him in the lobby while he was talking to me. I have genuinely never experienced anything like what was happening. Logan had previously offered to get their car immediately back to them, and that it just needed to be put back together first. After further aggression, he asked them to leave, they continued to come back in and verbally attack him, cops were called by the drunks, and then the drunk boyfriend attempted to assault one of the cops that they literally called themselves- ending in him being arrested. And all the while they treated me with priority, kindness, and compassion. I even received a voucher for a free oil change and an offer for them to help another issue all for free. Seriously the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. Have never seen a place that can deal with drunks, cops, and witness reports while still looking at my car and keeping me updated. As well as getting it done in about 30 minutes. All for free. Seriously above and beyond, there's not words to describe how great these people are.
