I can't say enough great things about Ranshell's Automotive. From the moment you walk in, everyone…read moreis incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The shop itself is spotless, which already says a lot about the pride they take in their work. They did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right rather than rushing through it. The repairs were done properly and in a timely manner, and their attention to detail really stood out. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Ranshell's definitely earned that trust. They go the extra mile for their customers, and because of that, they've gained a forever customer in me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality automotive service!

They call me and said I brought the wrong parts, pay us $50 and come pick up the car. Randy says I'll leave the key underneath the steering wheel column (I have two sets of keys and a steering wheel lock) I drive down to pick my car up 08/09 8pm the doors were locked and I left my second set of keys home. I drove back home same 1hr drive. I come back the next morning on Sunday and unlock the car with my set of keys I brought from home. I search when I get in the car for the keys and they're no where to be found. I reach out to them in regard to this and I'm told "well Randy said he put them in there, this has never happened before." I understand Randy said he put the keys in there but they're not in my vehicle. I tried starting my vehicle without my second set of keys being in side and my car says "key fob not detected". I've searched under carpet, in the gas cap, trunk etc everywhere the key could be. Keep in mind this is my NEW CAR I purchased the week prior & I just wanted to upgrade the brakes system to Brembos. My car key has my steering wheel lock on it (people like to steal the car I own). My keys appear lost at this point I asked what are you guys going to do about it and the lady asked me "what would you do?" "Randy said he put it in there and he's sure he did". I told her I would do right by my customer. She said that would be up to Randy and I ask to speak to him and she said he was busy. That was on 8/19 yes they've been "looking for my key" for over 2 weeks 08/23 and still no resolution or follow-up. I asked her so what do you guys want me to do just deal with it huh? Very poor customer service and lost my car key and refusing to replace.

If there was a no star that's what this business would get. Whoever is on charge while Mr Alvarez…read moreis in Mexico is horrible. We brought the car in because it was losing antifreeze. We were told to find out what the problem was and bring it back. I told him that's why I'm bringing it to you. He told us to leave it and he would call. He never called so the car was there over night. The next day I called and he said you saw we had a lot of cars out there and we were busy. I told him that's poor business and he got upset and said you can come get it because I don't want to work on your car. I will never go there again. I also advise anyone to not go there for service.

This place is a scam. I brought my car there later in the afternoon because My breaks are…read moresqueaking. A worker drove it around the block to test the breaks. Told me and my husband that we need rotors and break pads in all tires. We asked him if we can buy our own parts and they do the job. He said that's fine and make it ceramic because it is softer and won't make any noise and to bring it the next day around 8. So we bought the parts at auto zone because that's the auto store where they order their parts. When we bought it we made sure they were all ceramics. So, the next day we were there before 8. However, that dude wasn't even there yet. Find out he wasn't even a mechanic. He was a tow truck driver in that place. Anyway, we finally got in and went home. They called us 2 1/2 hours later that car is ready. When we reached there they told us that one of the parts wasn't the right one. So they put their own parts and we have to pay for it. We got mad because why didn't they told us this when we gave them the parts or neither when they called us? Anyway, we paid and returned the other parts that wasn't used to auto zone. First day we drove, break was ok. Then it started to squeak especially during rainy days. I went back there. Told me nothing is wrong with my breaks. Told me that next time I'll have my breaks change, they should provide the parts. What a SCAMMERS!!! I brought the car to another mechanic and bought another ceramics pads. For months now my car breaks have no issues. The mechanic told me that the pads that auto mex installed were all metallic that's why it squeaks. We have been scammed by AUTO MEX. They switched the parts that we bought. Hope you enjoyed the money that you got from the parts that we bought because pretty soon you will be loosing your customers and then your business. KARMA!!!
