$85 dollars after a discount on an oil change and they didnt even put in enough oil. Two weeks later my engine knocks on a cold start. Check the oil and over a quart low . I have a 2022 w less 100000 miles so clearly not burning or losing oil. Jiffy Lube nowadays sux and this one is the worst in this area by far. Stick with Carx! My experience at this location was horrible. I would not recommend my child who drives a toy truck. Months after leaving this place I took my car in for general another check but at a different mechanic to my surprise, Jiffy Lube did not put my filters back in my car. I had no issues with my truck prior to their visit and I would never recommend anyone to this place very unprofessional when I was there before I left they took out a filter in my glove box and did not put it back. This place is horrible. I will never use Jiffy Lube again. I'm gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau because of the mistakes. Now I'm experiencing a engine light. My oil top was too hard to take off and like I felt before when I used Jiffy Lube with another car and bow that I will never use them again. I went in for an oil change on my 2011 Jeep Patriot. Paid close to $100 for the oil change. The oil was removed from my vehicle but none was ever added and the filter wasn't changed. For this I sat over 2 hours. When I discovered what was wrong with my car, I called them. They told me that the last time my car had been in for service was in 2020. I got the car in 2021 so it was impossible for them to have serviced my vehicle then! Thank goodness I realized something was wrong before I had any major problems! I needed an odometer statement. The worker finished work on the car for the prior customer and then processed my request. This took less than 15 minutes. I had my car serviced for brakes on 6/10. I arrived at 8a and Dan took care of me. He did a great job. The crew began work inspecting my vehicle almost immediately, Dan quoted me a price and I was out of there in the time he estimated to finish the work. All of the crew were polite, professional, and the price was fair. No complaints at all. read more

Worst jiffy lube ever. Been using the franchise forever, but my first time here. Was a 3 female staff, which I thought was kind of cool. Plus, my attendant was being a bit more detailed than I'm used to. Next thing I know, they have my filter out on my hood, and they come and tell me my car won't take conventional oil. It will only take high mileage, which is more expensive. I tell them it's fine, and that I've been using conventional at other jiffy lubes and it has never been a problem. Then they tell me they don't carry conventional oil, so I basically have to get high milage. That doesn't even make any sense. Then they're telling me my Toyota is a foreign (as though it's a Ferrari) and that it needs this oil. At this point, I'm ready to just leave, but I'm paranoid they're going to sabotage my car in some way if I leave, so I just agreed. Then, they had mentioned my coolant was low, I just assumed they topped me off, but today, I looked at my sheet and they said I declined it. Why would I decline coolant, with summer coming up? Attempted to go in for an oil change today! Key would ATTEMPT! Waited in line for 25 minutes before a gentle man came and asked if we were getting an oil change and we told him yes. He told us to pop the hood and it will be just a moment and THIRTY MINUTES passed and my husband seen an employee directing a car not to get behind us but to go to the next lane. Mind u the next bay had done two cars in the time frame we were sitting waiting! My husband gets out to see what the delay is and the female manager with the rudest attitude told him "you gon have to give me a minute!" Then he was told that the car in front of use was not getting an oil change but a whole transmission flush! Instead of telling us that from the beginning and directing us to the other bay like they done to the other car they let us sit for over an hour!! Customer service is terrible. There's no way you should be rude when a customer is inquiring about the wait time when you didn't not have the decency to direct us to a different bay knowing that the service being preformed would be longer! This is definitely the last straw with Jiffy Lube! Lost a loyal customer today due to poor management! read more

I showed up here early on a Saturday morning, and so did a whole lot of other people, so I patiently waited for my turn. My turn finally arrived and they ran through the typical steps with me that you would expect at a quick oil change place. Okay, I paid the bill and was about to get into my car when I noticed that my driver's seat and door handle had oil stains on them. Needless to say, I was very unhappy. I closed my door and went in to the office to complain about the stains. The woman at the register went to my car to see first hand what I was complaining about. She went back into the office, and then, reemerged with some cleaning supplies. She proceeded to scrub my seat with a cleaning solution for about 5-6 minutes, then said that as good as its going to get. Really!! My car is brand new! She did not apologize for the mechanic who obviously had oil on his pants and hands and soiled up my car! I went home and spent the next half hour re-cleaning what she apparently could not clean. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. One star is still one to many. I went here to get an oil change. I showed the gentleman an invoice from the other Jiffy lube I patronize. I stated "I'd like to receive the same service I have here". He looked at the invoice, saw all I had and the price I paid. Well, after my vehicle was done, he gave me my total. This total was over $35 more than what I paid prior to this day, at the other location. I asked the guy why was my service so high today, he stated "oh the prices went up". I asked why didn't he make me aware of this when I was showing the invoice, clearly stating i wanted the exact service for the exact price. His response was "my fault I forgot". There were no adjustments made or anything. Luckily I had additional funds to cover my services. I reached out to customer relations. The owner of that location was suppose to reach out to me. Worst service ever! After a routine oil change I assumed everything was fine. Turns out after a few days a service light turn on in my car due to NO OIL! This could have been catastrophic had I continued to drive my car. Not only that but they broke my oil drain cap and replaced it with an off brand that did not properly fit! I have been coming to Jiffy lube for years as a loyal customer. I received an oil change and the next day the car wouldn't start. They took full responsibility stating that the filter used was FAULTY. My engine was locked!! Came in prior to leaving out of town, for a simple oil change. Paid more than $100 for services and right after my oil pressure light came on. After notifying the General Manager right away, he began to check my vehicle under the hood. He literally showed me that the oil was dry and stated, "how when you just got your oil changed"? So I begin to ask questions and he went to get the associate that performed the oil change and the guy admitted to only putting 3 qts oil in my Infiniti SUV when I clearly paid for 5qts. Now due to this negligence of service and breach of contract my vehicle has been left in this store location's care due to the associate locking up my camshaft and they have to fix the problem. I was told by the General Manager that they will pay to fix my vehicle once they get it towed to a nearby autoshop. This mishap took place on 08-19-2022 (Friday) and today is Tuesday, 08-23-2022 and I still don't have a temporary rental car from them only getting told bits and pieces of information and being left in the blind about my vehicle. Not only have we been patient but this inconvenience has really delayed me going to work and taking my children to important appointments and school. I'm beyond frustrated and someone need to reach out to me. After speaking with corporate again this morning, the rep reassured me that the franchisee of this Sibley location should have contacted me by now and he have not. I need answers ASAP! read more

My husband took our car in for an oil change on 6/28/2015. On 7/4/2015 our car engine died due to Jiffy Lube's improper installation of the oil filter. We have been without a vehicle for 3 weeks and the organization has not returned any of our calls in two weeks. Please don't take your car here. Yesterday I took my car in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I typically take my car to other Jiffy Lube locations but I decided to try one out that was close by. Everything seemed fine with the location until i asked if they change cabin filters. They started looking but they came back and said " we cant find it so that means your car does not have a cabin filter". I found this odd because i have read in the past that it does have one. So i left the place and as I was driving home my car started to shake vigorously. I took it home and popped open my hood. The dip stick was not pushed in all the way. This was letting air into the engine. On top of that I bought a cabin filter for my car at an advanced auto part store and replaced it myself in under 10 min. I am very angry about this since I have lost all trust in Jiffy Lube seeing that I cannot trust them in doing an oil change or even giving me credible information about my car. read more

Took my brand new 2016 car in there for an Uber inspection. The guy walked around the car...told me to turn on my headlights and my wipers and walked away. He came back like 5 minutes later and said that he could not pass me unless I bought some wiper blades which were $28 each. I told him to GTFOH and left.
